Is NL99 any good for SOG or is it better topped?

I am just wondering if NL99 is better to grow in a SOG setup or better as a topped plant? I have found out that C99 is better as a topped plant but have never grown NL so have no input on that strain. Lookin' for input from any NL99 growers or anyone in the know..........I just got my NL99 beans and they went in the water today! currently runnin' C99,,,,,,,,

Im also interested in NL99. From what Ive read its pretty potent and good medicine. Id like to see what phenos there is. Like if they spurt during flower or stay compact.

nl99 is pretty branchy... would do well in a scrog

That is exactly how my C99 grows if you top them they are beast. Any more input would be great

i know that JW offers some NL99 crosses at the depot not sure if its his orginal work or not though

Grew several indoor grows of JW nl99, years back. LST and normal growth, both produced large plants, large yield, and very potent. All were medium/tallish plants. One of my favorites.

when you say large yield, how large do you mean? lol.......is it an above average yielder?

I have yet to grow either of them but from my research they seem to yield about the same. I would go with ak99 though if you planning a SOG

nl99 for trees.. ak99 for SOG

yep ak99 has been seen with huge sog potential. i would think nl99 would also be up ther with a good sog as northern lights was known for its high and a cash cropper dream.
