Heat mat for a wick cloner

I was wondering if anyone is using a heatmat for thier wick cloner, is heating the water up gonna cause any problems. i am at about 100 percent cloning, but thinking this might speed up the process.

I actually tried this:wallbash:....the water heats up and it makes itself more susseptible to algeas and bacterias.....wouldnt reccomend it:2cents:

I use a wick cloner(vermiculite) I use bottom heat but not a mat....


the shelf my cloner sits on is from 82-85 degrees.... above that is probably too warm.....
I use the wall mart ice tube cloners...
