What inspired your username?

My family name is derived from an individual going back to the 14th century.
His actual existence is still debatable yet, the stories of his adventures are legendary.
I actually have a very similar personality as this character, Tyl Ulinspiegel

Around the time I signed up on here I wanted something new from my other ones and I was watching a lot of the show Megas XLR at the time.

From Wiki: The phrase is usually interpreted as a memento mori - "Even in Arcadia I exist", as if spoken by personified Death.

I chose this name because it's the inscription, in silver wire, on the checkpiece of the rifle carried by The Judge in Cormac McCarthy's darkest, and greatest novel, Blood Meridian or Evening Redness in the West.
