Spain T...
what size pots you growing the girls in..?
Pot size generally decides girl size.
WWizz in a 20ltr pot measured 24 in high..20 ins wide...
in a 5 inch pot..she would be no-where near that..

Guesstimate off the size of the girls you have now...
DON'T over-fill it..or you will probably get mold probs..

You can drop them into pots as small as 5 inch and still get good yield if you follow ICC's fert schedule...
but apart from that..
put them into the biggest pot you have.
I get more yield per POT..by using a big pot and multi-seeding into it.

Mossy u ever grow your Jems in the ground? Im planning on making a few hundred Mossy Jems this winter, for this spring. Im going for an early spring harvest.. ALways wanted to do this, now Im gonna make it happend

Personally no..I have no ground..
but HookaHittaH..and blynx I think had themin the veggie garden amongst the tomatoes..and all I can say is they look Fine.
I THINK they prefer the deeper root drop.

Only negative I have had on themo outdoor was one of my m8's who got a torrential downpour and he said they suffered from the splash..it threw all the mud up onto the bud.
They only have about 1.5 inches from soil level to first internode..so you have to bear that in mind.
IF you were starting them in pots..you might like to look at Mdanzigs elevated growing..where you leave them sticking out above soil level..
he says it gives better yields..and it certainly seems to..so you might be able to adapt that IF you thought water splash was going to be a problem.

CARCHOFA grows outdoor guerilla too.

Also..you can make splash collars out of roofing felt fairly simply..
but if you were mass planting..
it might be a bit of a pain.

i hope i can get a good winter grow cuz i need alot weed next summer
I harvested outdoor right up to new years day..last season..
can you not find a spot where you can get a few guerilla out..?

Yeah..that's what I would do if I had a problem with them..cheers m8.

A lot of my girls never see rain..but when it does rain over here..:yoinks:
you get 6 months worth in 10 minutes.

Never had a splash back problem..but the pots are always over stuffed..
you cannot see soil for girls... :D
I worry more about girl damage with the weight and force it comes down with.
That's when the patio table comes in Real handy..:smoke:
