First a firewall doesn't mask your outgoing IP; That is what a proxy is for. Secondly, as long as you don't live in Amsterdam their is nothing they can do. A warrant can not be issued for another country, which is what would be required if they were to try to bust you. All the info on this site is hosted in A-Dam so it would be impossible for anyone to use the information in court. Also, this is all protected under the the first amendment, so it would be unconstitutional. The only way to have anything on this site incriminate you is if both of the following happened.

A). They were to issue an illegal search warrant, or illegally used the info against you without a warrant.

B). They violated your first amendment by saying what you are doing on this site is illegal.

Both are reasons for having any 'evidence' thrown out of court. Also, if they tried to issue a warrant to search your home based on information found here, the warrant would be illegal and anything found would also be thrown out of court.

so pretty much, i should just have one account for posts of gardens and one for random chats and shit? i seen a couple people on here that say they are someone else, guess they do it cause of plant numbers? but like i said whatever anyway, i have nothing in my house, i have another house for my shit...

I guarantee cops are on this site, with fake posts telling and showing you about there fake grows. Cops are lazy pieces of pig shit, they will take the easiest way to arrest somebody if they can. Why do you think they are still raiding dispensaries? They don't have to do any police work, they know the addresses.

I do respect cops, and I do believe there job is very important. To serve and protect the people of California. (or whatever state/country you are in) However, the people of California have spoken and it is now legal to posses cannabis as a med user. So all you pigs out there, DO YOUR DAM JOB! STOP ARRESTING PEOPLE THAT ARE USING CANNABIS AS MEDICINE. GET OVER ALL THE PROPAGANDA AND THINK FOR YOURSELF, YOU F-ING PIGS.

I agree completely with everything you said. However, cops will find info out illegally then once they are on to you, they will find info that is legal. I have a good friend that I grew up with that is a cop, and he has told me some stories that would make most peoples jaws drop. Planting drugs, looking the other way when money is involved. A lot of corruption.

Cops will even make shit up, they have claimed that mold growing outside eaves of your house is consistent with a grow because of the hot air being exhausted. They will look through your garbage. They can come up with anything, then get a warrant, then enter your house, then insert penis into your buttocks. Cops get what they want if you give them any hint that you are doing something illegal. After all, what do they have to lose? Cops never go to jail for this type of crap, and at worst they have to transfer divisions.

True, but COPS DON"T PROSECUTE YOU. Their job is to arrest you, it is the courts job to decide if you are guilty or not. The one sure fire way to prove your not is to use the Constitution. No cop/court is above the Constitution, if you know that what they did was unconstitutional, and the court didn't recognize it, get a good lawyer and have it appealed. If that doesn't work appeal again till it is in the supreme court, then if that doesn't work your fucked. The point is that cops only have the authority to arrest you, NOT TO PROVE YOUR GUILTY, that is what the court system is for, and why the Constitution is your friend.

I sincerely hope that there are no cops on this site, but if there are, that they have yet to glean anything useful about catching anyone specifically. I'd hope they had better things to do than surf pot forums for info, if I was their captain I'd be like "Get your bum ass streetside or find a new job fucker!"

But that said, pray for sunshine, prepare for rain.

I post lots of pics, but I always take careful pictures so you can't tell where I am, or anything specific. Besides, my grow, albeit large, is 100% legal. If in a med state, there is NO reason not to get a doctors rec. and go legit, plenty of "loosey goosey" counties to choose from.

i agree with bulldog, i have a buddy whos father is a cop, and they are a bunch cheaters, he just does highway patrol for speeding and shit, but ive heard stories about how they purposlly do things to trap people for simple shit like speeding, so i dont doubt what they are capable of..

i guess i only feel safe cause im in Quebec where its pretty damn free living around here.
and the local pigs probly dont even read in english.

i think you need to be most weary of your state leo - if your state is decrim/medical, then you're straight. The theory behind this is that in order to be federally PERSECUTED for a cannabis "crime" in a decrim/med state, it would be seen as a disregard for that states voted law/constitution, and therefore unconstitutional. A conservative judge, like chief justice john roberts, a complete turd, would see the federal government infringing on the rights of states as a fundamental error/flaw and throw any cases out. But look at California.....Federal leo doesn't give a fock about California's state constitution - and pretty much circumvent the law/conduct unlawful operations. California National Guard should have a 24/7 watch/men posted at every dispensary to ensure the safety of the state's citizens

and just to add to this gem of infornation, the right to remain silent in real life, (because here doesnt matter IMO) is very very very important. lots of resources on the topic, even on youtube.
