Hay my Cali friends. I just moved back from Oregon where I was a card holder there. I have made my Apt with Meddicann for the 17Th since I had my card from Oregon and it is not expired there going to give me the renewal rate for my new recommendation and card. Im also going to get a state issued card. Cant wait to say hello to everyone at the clubs.

the state card is something that could potentially be subpeonaed by an outside agency and being that s.b. 420 is a modification of prop 215 i queston it's validity if you are transporting large amounts or are grossly over limits then i question your need for a state card as a 5 year recommend holder.

It's all good as I don't grow more then 6 plants. If your familiar with Oregon Law the only card you can get is a state issued card and I never had any issues there. I only grow what I need. from what I have read and herd from others the state issued cards hold up better in court then any of the other cards.

No, actually it is the opposite-- The County Card will help you more with the Police...as they can verify it on the spot-- But in Court...they would take your County Card, and scrutinize it with your Recommendation--
The Recommendation holds all the power...the County Card ensures that local po-po don't dismiss it as a "Forgery"--

. I believe we are talkin about the same thing State issued/ County card are the same and I plan on getting one even though I will have one from Meddicann. The state cards issued by the public health divsion are better IMO and can be verified on the spot. .

Hello again Hammerhead. Welcome back to Cali. Not sure where you live but I live in the SF bay so I always get an OCBC card (Oakland Cannabis Buyers Collective) That card works everywhere in the bay no problem.

I thought I would let you all know I have recived my card. After talking to the Doc he told me that the State issued cards are no better then the cards issued by Medicann so at this point not sure if I need to get the State issued card.
