im sure that some of you already know how to do this, but i didnt until today, and ive asked ppl in the past if you could save youtube vids to a disc, and was always told no.

so anyway i found this website today...i think there are a cpl others similar, but this one works super good.

www.keepvid.com

all you have to do is put the url of the video in the box, and it downloads it for you. it saved it to my documents on my comp, then i moved it to a disc, im sure i can figure out a shortcut to save it directly to the disc, but i havent tried yet.

it took all of about 2 minutes to go from download to having it saved on a disc for a 7 min video

some of my favorite ones arent avaiable anymore...(that wont happen anymore)

anyway just thought id share that w/ you guys if you had ever wanted to do that, but didnt know how.

Tooble is another application to download YouTube videos and there are versions for both Windows and Mac OS

On the Mac OS the videos show up in iTunes - not sure about the Windows OS.

I grew up with computers, but lost touch as the more I move toward plants, the more I move away from technology,

my dad is sitting there on a iphone and I have some 6 year old phone HAHA

You can also just go into the browsers cache and rename the file as a wmv or something. If you don't know which one it is, just sort by date.

Head over to Apple.com and download iTunes Version 9.x which was released this week. Get that installed and I'll be able to help you.

Great upgrade, BTW.
