5x5' law??? unless theirs no height restrictions! lol!

My bad that is if your property owner allows it and the height is up to your local authorities.

Why does Lee have to do this to us?

So please people volunteer for CaliforniaCannabisInitiative.org

WTF is going on with cannabis politically lately...I'm CONFUSED BIG TIME!!

It seemed we were all on the same page, up until around obama pre elections started...

as long as we vote on them all seperatley and dont have them all on the same ballot it will be fine. are they all on the same ballot? that would suck. If the first ones dont pass, everyone will vote yess on the last one to go up so that we can at least get the ball rolling towards full decriminalization.

These people who call themselves activist are profiteers who can give a shit less, their is no need to tax. The biggest problem or argument that's going on is how they want to corporatize Cannabis.

The argument that has consistently held up in court legally. Is patients providing medicine for free or at cost to other patients which includes trading clones. They busted the San Diego dispensaries for running a for profit enterprise and their greed was matched by the greed of the local city council. These motherfuckers are trying to make a deal with the Devil. They have absolutely no right to limiting what people want to grow, The Emperor Still Has No Clothes.

if we group it 90% and 10% we have 2 initiatives plus an assembly bill that want to keep it illegal in some form including the Oaksterdam one and just one that wants to legalize..

So yeah law enforcement make huge amounts of money off cannabis and so do others.. By just "Cutting the Citizens in" on some of that action we have the 90% and decriminalization.

As it is very clear both sides don't want to turn that cash cow over to the people from the folks I have talked to who are polar on this issue.
One business was supportive of CCI until they found out that keeping people going to prison would be more profitable to them in sales.

Under Oaksertam, people will still make good money with the Black market since there will be no labeling laws and no central control, People who want more than 5x5 will still be paying the electric company and wondering when Leo will show up and Leo will be looking to keep the body count high to justify their budgets.

So with Oaksterdam everyone gets some with Medical Cannabis big business standing on the fore front to lead the profit charge!

The way to get past the stupid prohibitory quagmire is to Completely legalize and that is CaliforniaCannabisInitiative.org

He is against taxing weed period. He has stated on numerous occasions that all use is medical and that it's wrong/illegal to tax medicine. No taxes no regulation and no controll. Its all bad no matter what order they are in.

Oh okay..

Still he has the right to express his position without losing his job.

I'm not against taxing commercial. I am against taxing medical.

So I'm in favor of CCI..

I'm against taxes... but I would pay taxes if they let me grow as much pot as I could and sell it... Medicinally or Commercial Legal pot. I don't care. I would prefer to not have to pay any taxes, but alright.. you can tax me for growin pot. and it will be good pot, for good money too.

If people ever want to advance they have to come to grips with the fact that politics is the art of compromise. People argue, oh this is right, that is wrong, and I can't support anything unless it is total freedom. Great, so that means you support the status quo of prohibition, because there's no way in hell that cannabis is going to be legalized and treated like tomatos under the law. Argue the rightness and wrongness of it all you like, but it is what it is and it ain't changing because of your personal moral code. We have to deal with reality people, and that means accepting that there are entrenched people with power who fucking disagree with what you're so certain is right. In a lot of ways the extremist potheads who demand unmitigated leave to grow as they please and demand that every locale in the state embrace and accept that point of view are no better than the very prohibitionists they hate.

Self defeating, impractical, unrealistic, and fantasy land reasoning will not advance this cause. It's not like we have the numbers to pull off what a lot of people seem to think the only way is their way, and that the only morality that is correct is their morality. Prohibitionist or legalizer, it's all the same goddamn thing. If you think we should hold out for cannabis to be regulated like tomatoes, go give Calvina Fay a hug, because you guys are more alike than different. But make sure to genuflect because Ms. Fay has an army of people behind her and her beliefs.
