Uh, yea... Who can I get to ID a brown recluse?

I have looked at pictures, etc on the net, but I'm still not sure if this spider that I found in my fucking bedroom is a brown recluse or not. It better not be or I swear I'm moving out. Just moved the fuck in! AH! I hate spiders, and if one was in my BR, well, shit.

I feel like everything on my body is itching right now (it's because I was playing in rockwool just before I found it, though.
Anyway the spidee was on a curtain that I use as a doorway to the BR. I can't take a pic because I can't find my battery to the cam... sooooo

Can I take this to a pet store to get it IDed or what? I know that sounds retarded, I just don't know where else to take it. I need a magnifying glass. Don't know where mine is though, haven't taken mag glass hits in a while. I have it captured in a jar, which was scary as hell, btw. Maybe the extension office around here? IDK!

A distribution map on the net says they are not in my area, but can be transported through various means. I mean shit my uncle got bitten by one and I think he was within 100 mi of where I am now and not in a place on the distribution map that I found.

Can you tell spiders freak me out? They might be on you at any moment and you might not know it. Fuck that. argh

God damnit. Just reading the bite symptoms makes me feel weird. My brain has a way of making shit up. I hope... haha peace

Got any co-workers or neighbors you're not too fond of? Let it go in their pads (after it's properly pissed) and see what happens.

go down to the pet store and get one of those beta fish or lil gerbil cages. put some dirt a couple sticks, maybe a rock or two,

catch every spider you see around your place and make them battle to the death in the cage, winner goes on in a deathmatch type fashion

I was driving a couple days ago when a spider came down on its string about 4 inches from my face, luckily I didn't freak out and crash.

Did it look anything like that? they are also know to have big thoraxes some times I'll look for a pic of that.

Anyway I'm from Texas and they tend to be more northeast of me but I have seen them here before (once I saw one with like 50 babies on its back, which scared the fuck out of me.)

Oh, here is that link to the pic of the big ones...

i did that when i was a teen - there was an asshole old guy neighbor who took or popped the various footballs and basketballs and frisbies that made their way over the fence onto his property. One day I found a HUGE garden spider. Scooped it into a cup, and ran over to his mailbox and and put it in there and closed it up.
Scary thing is I didn't see the guy for like a week - and I thought he was dead and I was going to be charged with murder - "it's just like cold case files, it's just like cold case files"

Itsallover - Brown Recluse bites cause localized necrotitis - their poison devastates and kills the tissue at the site of the bite. Here's a pic of a guy who got bit on the hand - this was probably 3 weeks after the bite. Needless to say, if you don't see a big red bite area with extreme pain in that area, it wasn't a Brown Recluse.
But, you have to remember that ALL spiders are poisonous. And a lot of rather common spiders, like wolf spiders, house spiders, orb weavers, can deliver a PAINFUL bite with some discomfort.

and here's a Brown Recluse

that's a quarter, so they're not very big. And they're pretty much everywhere. Nebraska?! Yikes. Yeah pretty much everywhere - those stupid charts they put out with the "maximum range" is complete BS. Spiders don't use borders. These and Black Widows are found in ALL the lower 48 states.

Dude H2O youre an asshole. So are you FrankRizzo. Fuck all of you! AAAHAHAHAHAHAHHAA
Actually I didn't get bitten, but I'm afraid there are more if it is one at all. Somewhere it said their populations are dense in areas where they are found. Terri-fucking-fying.

Spiders don't have borders lol, I know that's what's scary. Like I said the unc got bitten long ago. They can live 2-6 months w/o food?!!! AH I'm never going to be the same.
And I don't know if this is the correct use of the term, but I am psychosomatic or something. I have a couple severe allergies, and whenever I even think that I maybe came into contact with the things, I tend to get into my brain and think that I'm having a reaction. It's not cool. So yea, the more I think about spiders, the more I think I got bitten, even though I didn't lol.

To recap, H2O is an asshole. Stop posting those pictures I can't put my feet back on the floor lol

sleep tight bro! They REALLY like to get in the sheets with ya. Common stuff to prevent you from being bit - check your shoes before you put them on - smack them and make sure there's no spider inside. Before bed to a quick check of the sheets n blankets. Keep your bed away from walls or anything else. Make sure your blankets don't touch the floor.
Sleep tight......muahahaha
