Send a letter for free...

Totally worth sharing.

The Post Office's atomic secret that lets you mail letters for free. Say
you're sending a letter to dear old mum. Simply put mum's address as the return address. Then write your address in the center of the envelope, where you'd normally put hers. Forget about the stamp. The letter will be "returned" to her for insufficient postage.

wow, now I can save 35 cents. J/K, that sounds like it would work. Have you ever tried this and have it work?

Well i dont think so, because think about it, its all a bunch of sorting machines, and if mail was to be handled by hand, im sure if someone just spotted a envelope without a stamp, they would just chuck it in the return pile?

This has been in the anarchist's cookbook since like 1659. If you do this once, it might work. More than that and hi2u federal offense (defrauding the mail system, a government office) aka FELONY

Sorting machines will have sorting algorithms which include their Geographic location.. This letter will go into a special return pile..

Should the letter go farther than just in town it will be delivered as a parcel for which you will need to pay at least the stamp fees if not some other fees..

I would advise people NOT to do this when sending seeds, weed, or cuttings acros the country :D

and what kind of message would that be sending
any recipient of one of your letters? what if it's
going to a business? they get it, see it hasn't any
postage so they restamp it, send it on to you, your
bill goes unpaid & they disconnect your services.

making any sense yet???????

Truth is, the machines can only verify that Something is in the upper right hand corner. The machines do not and cannot tell the difference between a 2 cent stamp and a 44 cent stamp.

Messing with the USPS intentionally will get you felony charges...............
