yeah i took it out and had a few problems. It ran alright, but a few times the engine would cut off after a long single beep. anyone know what one long beep means?
Don't know about that, I never owned a Sea-Doo, only a few Kawasakis.
My best guess is if the engine heats up to a predetermined temp (above normal) you get a warning beep and an automatic engine shutdown. Just a guess though.
could be water in the fuel, thats an easy fix, but engine shutdown would occur at any given time, not a particular rpm. You can find water remover at any auto parts store.
I don't know how the cooling system works on those things, so I can't tell ya much about that. But I do know Sea-Doo uses Rotax engines and they are proud of their shit, rotax that is. I would try and do as much work yourself as you can before bringing it in without tearing up anything.
Ive drivin a few in my day but if you can get a few more g's in your pocket i guarantee you're gonna have a hell of a better time on one of these bad boys
this ones gonna be at least 15-20k but im just saying.. you could find somethign similar for around 4-6 thousand. can have some friends on it, do some tubing, wake boarding, bring a cooler full of ice, beers and of course a few spliffs.
there'd be no regrets i promise you.
I have a good ole 17 ft Carolina skiff basic flats fishing boat. You need a live well no matter what size boat you get.I ran a seadoo for a few hours out in the gulf of mexico when it was kinda rough. The next day I felt like I got hit by a truck, every muscle in my boody hurt like hell.I'm pushing 50 but damn it beat the hell out of me.Would have been more fun on a flat calm surface
