Reveg After 10 Days of 12/12?

It looks like all the reveg threads are about revegging after harvest, so I'll ask a new question.

I vegged for 4 weeks and am now at 8 days of 12/12. Looks like at least 7 of my 8 plants are male. Since these plants aren't too big, my harvest is really going to suck with only one small plant. So I thought if I put the one female back into veg I could let it get bigger before flipping back to 12/12. I figured I'd wait a few more days just to make absolutely sure before chopping the males. That would put this plant at around 10 days 12/12. Right now, the one potential female isn't showing any sign of flowering, so I'm just assuming it's going to be female.

At this point, could I just flip back to 16/8? Is there anything else I should do, like top or trim the plant? Give it 24/0 for a day or two? Give it a dose of veg ferts?

The only other thing I can think of to salvage this grow is to start some new beans, but they'd have to be in the same cabinet and grow 12/12 from seed. Problem is time -- I need to have the harvest in jars and mostly finished curing before the Xmas holidays. Any other suggestions for getting something from this grow and still be finished in time?

In that situation, I think I'd be taking a batch of clones from the one female. Quicker than beans, and in 3-4 weeks you can run a SOG with the clones to not have the harvest suffer quite as bad. Just an idea.

Good luck - ogh

at 8 days the males should start showing themselves soon, but it appears that none have shown sex so far? what makes you think 7 are male ?
you really need to keep on waiting and as males start showing balls at the preflower locations, then bin them. typically the ones left over that have no preflowers will be female, but you should continue untill they show what sex they are for definate.
THEN you can put them on 24/0 and veg them like crazy and lst them to create a bush with multiple tops, dont top or fim, only lst! as you dont want to hinder their growth rate. by having so many tops on the remaining plants, you can then take a couple of clones.
your plant/s should be a good size then and then you can flower them.

what light are you under? if hps then they will grow pretty fast!
also make sure they are in a LARGE pot with lots of good soil, this helps make a bigger stronger plant.

All but one started showing pre-flowers at 4-5 days. At 8 days I'm positive that 2 are males, and pretty sure about the other 5. The last one just started showing the tiniest hint of pre-flower nubs on day 8. It's the one I think is female.

And I had thought of taking clones, but never did it before and figured this was not the best time to learn.

ah they probably are males if they showed that fast.
lst your female to make it bushy, make sure you put it back into veg and take some clones like i said then keep vegging, its easy to do. theres a few cloning guides on here a sticky at the top somewhere. if your cutting root within a week u can have as many guarenteed females as you like and could have cuttings finished before new year too!

Definitely males:

Good news is, one I thought was a male turned out to be female. The one I was unsure about, I'm still unsure. Hopefully since it's taking so long compared to the rest, it's going to be female. That would make two -- count 'em two -- females. At least that would be one of each strain.

Also, I checked my calendar, and it looks like I'm out of time. If I continue with 12/12, I'm looking at a mid-November harvest. Cloning or revegging would put me too far past that to be done and jarred by the Xmas holidays. And I can't really do clones anyway, since I can only grow at certain times of the year. I'll probably just do some training. The one is already tied down as it was quite tall. Maybe put my screen in and do a ScrOG, which I wasn't planning on doing with this quick, small crop.
