Down south

im a LA down south grower..i currently grow in a bubbleponics unit from stealth hydro.
Last year around this timei had to stop work and take care of my dying grandmother.Well.they had her on 4 very strong opioid medications.I read alot about marijuana and health and in one magazine i saw a medical strain for pain...so i said i can get grandmother off all these pills if i can grow this dank and maybe make a tincture with it to make an attempt to take the pain away...Well she didnt make it to harvest..The strain was afgan kush from world of seeds.Ever since then i been growing steadily.Thats how i started growing and havnt stopped since then.Its my favorite hobby now.

Thankyou..i was a longterm member from another site.but the mods clearly wanna be the most popular and cant stand when another person gets up on their posts or gets alotta rep..they get jealous.So we were having a lil contest writing a 100 word essay of what our growers were learning,and ta mod shut the thread down.That was my last straw with them.This site makes RIU look very bad!I have an account over there with 4000 posts all kinds of rep ,but the mods over there get jelous because of stuff like that.

Hi purp, welcome to IC. Sorry about RIU, but leaving a bad situation was probably a blessing. IC is friendly. The mods close flame threads expeditiously instead of allowing them to go on and on, which is good. And power trips are minimal to non-existent here, from what I see.

There is plenty of growing info and activity here. Lots of folks from OG and other canna sites have migrated to IC. Hope you like it here, and happy growing!

Yea bro all my work is over there but im trying to get it over here.You cant even TALK about buying beans on RIU.
Glad to hear that about the mods.Maybe i can finally find a place to teach hydro and learn from the REAL pros at this site!

We started a crew of people called the bubblheads at RIU dedicated to helping the newb and answering unanswered grow questions..bout 20-30 accounts,MODS at RIU dont like it and are harrassing them/us and we do is help others with growing DWC..im trying my hardest to get them over here.Got a couple southern growers in there and i just told my padna pitbudz87..that was his username on RIU and will be on here..hes from TX..Gonna try to get all the southern growers over here.
