Will this hermie my autoflowering plant

the reason I am asking is because I need to know if I can turn my female autoflowering strain into a hermie by stressing the plant. The way I was thinking of doing it is I will give my plants a 20/4 cycle and I was going to add light leaks in the dark period. But since the plant can flower during 24 hours of lights I'm not too sure if this will work. Has anyone ever tried?

Im looking into making seeds myself and was wondering if I have my light schedule 20/4 and I have light leaks in the dark period will it hermie my autoflowering plants? If not whats the best way to hermie them so thehy make me lots of female seeds

I don't think light leaks will fuck up a autoflowering plant, but I could be wrong.

However, if you use logic, one could assume that it won't fuck it up since it is based on time and not photoperiod.

As for forcing hermie, people use that Gibberilic Acid

i messed around with the lights when growing my lowrydas and i only got it to produce one seed

no, and even if it did it wouldnt be enough time to produce seeds. females occasionally throw out a banana or 2 close to finishing as a "self preservation" action to try and produce seed for the next generation, but as said it wont have time to finish as seeds need around 4 weeks to mature.

ive never hermied or even tried to hermie a plant as of yet, but i hear LST (low stress training) without the L will make it hermie, although i also hear that is not the best method lol. to do it successfully the reports on coloidal silver are plain to see

Duts made me think of something else. If I let the female past when its ready and keep the lights on 24 hours will it reveg or simply die?
