when your Saving seeds?

how long are seeds good to save for?do u just put them in container or zip-loc bag and just use them when u need them?

wrap in paper,put them in a glass canning jar with tight lid,throw some raw rice in the jar to act as a dessicant..and put jar in the freezer..they should be viable longer in the freezer than in room temp..

Each situation differs as humidity and temps come in to factor. But in my experience I have not put any of my seeds in frig and they all have popped when time to germ. Mine are in air tight ziplocks the little ones that comes from most breeders and in a cool dark place. Just my exper. my oldest seeds are 3yrs to date but I also use them pretty soon so fridge is prob good idea for super long term like 5 yrs plus.
