Latest prototype on a quest for a "giftable" Bud Toaster

First vapors at 10:05am today.

should be enclosed in a matter of an hour. maybe longer (with breaks for testing).

Forgot to mention ... The Bud Toaster is a battery powered, only glass vapor path, digital temperature control vaporizer.

Anyone have any patchwork glass pieces?..for those who dont know its like a pipe made like a Mosaic. A buddy of mine had some in arcata last time i visited.

Where do i buy some of that wicked looking glas online? (Bubblers, Sherlocks...)
Where i live they only got crappy plastic bongs and cheap wooden pipes.

hey everyone.... i though it about time to post one of my crazyest pieces..... a glass on glass gravity bong....I inherited this a few years back from one of my boys who paied about 250 at a local head shop....if you like it its called a "G-Bub" if you want to try and find one.

BudToaster: Nice work on your vap I really like it! I'll admit I had to go over to the fuck combustion forums to figure out how it's used though. :)

You mentioned that you're on a quest for a giftable vap.. could you elaborate a bit on what you mean? Some kind of "open source ideology" applied to electronics perhaps?

and in answer to your question ... yes, and no.

Yes, i definitely am into the open source ideology. i have posted excruciating detail about this design. i don't have the proper lab facilities (friends with vapes) to do comparison testing to determine how it performs, but i am quite satisifed with the vapor experience it puts out. This project started as a quest for a personal vape. i've always posted the Bud Toaster design, at what ever stage it is at, on whatever mj website is standing at the time.

Now that the Bud Toaster has crossed over into the digital domain, with computer controlled temperature, i've got 42 pages of PIC code to post, but that doesn't seem to be so easy.

Anyway, i'll post up a thread here "soon".

And, NO, by "giftable" i meant i've got a few friends that have requested a Bud Toaster. This Bud's for them ... i hope ... if it appears to be operationally stable enough.
