Hey everyone.

I got 15 GC, 9 Chronic, and 7 LA Confidential.

Right now I am vegging in Fox Farm Ocean Forest with about 30% perlite.

I am under 2x400w MH for now, and will be adding my third hood tomorrow.

Here are some pics. Anybody have any opinions, suggestions, comments, feel free!!

I am scared the LA Confidential will be a waste because I read online she likes to be vegged quite some time. Can anyone confirm/deny this?

Take care!! Hope you enjoy.

1800 watt "mini" sog?

sounds like a large sog but then again I might just be considered a small grower running only a 600 watt light currently lol.

Saving this thread for sure, want to see how this grow show will go!

great stuff

LOL, I dont know. I figured I see people with 64 plant ebb&flo in a 4x4 under 1000w, so I figured my plant count was low in comparison....

but now that I think about it.... :woohoo: :joint::joint:

I'll keep everyone updated.

Thanks for stoppin by!!!

Alright ladies & gentlemen, im back with some updates..

Still got 15 GC, and 15 1/2 LA Con & Chronic (combined) for a total of 31 little bitches..

I still have not turned on my 3rd hood. I think im going to give it about a week max, then flip.

LST'd a Chronic.
Snapped a Chronic in half supercropping. She started to heal and grow and while I was watering I hit her pretty hard, she was upset.

Havnt touched the green crack. They're like rapid fire.

I gave them a big dose of Vitamin B1 and a small dose of Flora Nova Grow. Hopefully it doesnt burn them. The GC's look like they could use some nitrogen, anyway...

First pic is right side of the room
2nd picture is left side of the room.
3rd picture is my LST job that I have a feeling is going to be GREAT!
4th picture, my wounded soldier..she cant heal herself but she refuses to stop growing!!

had to edit out the bottle cap, uploaded a photo with something I dont want on it!!

I have split one before, I used yarn and wrapped it around it tight enough to support it but not too tight that it feels like it is cutting off its circulation, if that makes sense.

Or just get some green tape, support it and call it a day, they recover pretty well and heal great as long as you don't mess with it while it is healing.

Me too! Except I supercropped like 3 or 4 and 1 isnt doing so well. Her main stalk spintered and cracked. Hopefully she recovers.

training can be great, but time consuming. I did LST for a long time and now find that it's easier to just let them grow into bushes and hold each other up. Looks great so far though! I'll try to stop by again soon, PEACE and GOOD LUCK!

Since you have a SOG going, I think letting the plants fill out naturally is the best way. Chop off 3-4 of the lowest internodes, and let the plants focus on the upper buds, and of course the cola. This way you minimize the amount of foliage crowding there is. Making plants fight each other for light means energy spent in other areas than bud production. Plant stakes work well for supporting the top heaviness that will happen.

I've done this for a the past few grows and have been quite happy with it. A rotation of 90 degrees each day helps out a lot as well.

Here is a Nirvana Bubblescious x Mandala Hashberry F2 that I got off a 400w.

I hope this helps in your decision making process.

It does! That was my original intentions, as my last grow (first grow) I learned a lot about cutting off the bottom scraggy stuff that isnt going to produce anything. It really makes sense now.

the reason i lst'd the ones that I did were because they were way to stretchy/tall compared to some others. I figured a nice level canopy is my goal for veg, while getting all the buds to focus on the tops is my goal in flower.

Thanks for the advice!!

Ok I really am wondering how much everything is going to stretch once I flip it to 12/12 so I dont run out of room.

ALSO, The green cracks are much shorter/bushier then the LA/Chronic. Can I move them away from the light to get more stretch or would that just slow my growth down?

Any ideas?

If you're worried about room, it would be smart to flower now. Next time you will know from learning this time :joint:

bterzz, i don't know about moving the shorter plants away from the light, never thought to try that, I just put something under them, ruined like 20 books that way. I was wondering, how do you like the grow bags? Would you do them again or spring for pots?
