I got two seeds as freebies.
Dinafem California Hash and Blue Hash (blueberry mixed with california hash)
I already have a hydro grow going, so this will be a soil run on my deck outside for fun.
I figured, If I got these with my order, than other people did too... so let's see what they taste like.
Two days ago I took the seeds out of the fridge and put in two separate shot glasses covered with foil and in my kitchen cupboard.
Next morning, only 12 hours later, they both had FAT tails.
So far, that makes me happy.
I then took a gallon of water and added one drop of superthrive and then took a few cups of the mixture and heated it to just under boiling.
I then soaked two peat pellets with the mixture for about 30 minutes.... then grabbed them and lightly squeezed to break up the dense middle of the peat pellet.
I dropped the seeds in and put in the very back of my Hydro grow closet far away from my 400w MH... the light barely touches them.
Oh... and they are in black tray with a clear lid...
That was yesterday at about Noon.
Tonight, as I write this, one is popped through the top of the peat pellet but hasn't stood up yet.
I will add pictures tomorrow morning, as I'm sure they will both be standing up.
As soon as I see a few leaves, I'm going to put into some small cheap plastic pots with 75% Fox Farm Ocean Forest and 25% perlite mixed.
Then, It's just straight RO water and out onto my deck where the should be getting some solid sunlight.
I'm making this one up as I go.. So, I may flower them inside.. I may not... I guess it just depends how big they get and how soon they start to flower.
My first grow is in my signature and is still going....
Lowryder Mixed pack... My hopes is that once that first "quick grow" is done, and I have some smoke... I will be already flowering the Dinafem's and then I will add some of my favorite strains to my indoor hydro.
I will update all the way through and end with a smoke report. So if you were thinking about growing your freebies but wanted to see what they look like first, you should follow this thread.
