Is there a specific way to post?

I want to do a grow journal cause I know people don't believe you really grow til they see your show. But I won't lie I am a lil leary of postin the pics. I am not computer savvy to the point of knowing how to post flics w/out any trails back to me. Basically my question is, is there a specail way of posting and not leavin any footprints behind that may lead back to me. Or does the website strip all the info that could be damaging to oneself. I appreciate the feedback. Apologies if the question is basic but my safety comes first! Thanks from the Ghost!

Here you go dude, there are a couple threads about posting on this site. I think if you bought you camera with cash and did NOT buy any warrenty then you would be ok on not removing the ?exif? data.

About what Unionman mentioned: I saw a post in another thread recently that said the website automatically strips off any ?exif? data nowadays, so not to worry. (actually, I'm not even quite sure what ?exif? data is.) I can't give you a link to the thread, but you should be able to search it out.

yeah well someone debunked that with a firefox extension that showed close to majority of the pictures contained meta-data. the meta-data most likely contains no personally identifiable information, but if you remove it it will be the most secure way to post. search google for batch exif data remover, youll want to do whole folders of images at a time probably.
