Virgin Ryder a.k.a LR#2

Has anyone out there grown out JD's Virgin Ryder ? This was released by JD before it was full AF once it was full auto he named it LR#2.

I got these from a member on a Russian grow forum and they are not from what I understand full auto yet. So I was wondering if anyone by chance has given these a go and if so what % were AF ?

I think they are the real deal..I tried to purchase them..but they were always out of stock.
Only reason I remember is the Breeder description on the santa maria
said it had Mossy undertones...
That was why I was after them...and why I remember them.

and..I know that it was her taken through to LR#2.
They were one of 4 of JD's Original crosses..holy grail.

S_a_H all I can tell you is when I was after them they were only F1...
But I cannot Wait to see you grow them.
ALL the genetics from that first batch were absolute BOMBS.

Most of you are newbies to the AF world, right ? Do you guys know JD had a website called Highbred.net ? I ran that site for him for several years before it finally went down for good. When I originally got them ( 4.5 years ago ) I took a picture and sent it to him so he could confirm yes or no.

They are in fact his seeds but when he only dumped a small amount out there ( testing ) to Europe and mainly the Eastern Europe seedbank markets and he did not bother to do the fancy packaging you see with his other seeds. When you couple this with some russian guy printing out the insert it was somehow missed and was in turn sold like this.


LOL....Mossy I do not know about Holy Grail but its going to be interesting just to see what comes from them.

You guys are going to see a lot of unknown crosses as I have been trading and collecting every AF cross I can for the last 4-5 years. Many people thought way back when you could do one cross and BAM !!!!! you have a full AF strain and it wasn't the truth. So many crosses were started and dropped as to much work.

i trust your word SaH, your an experienced man when it comes to ganja, i just saw the spelling mistake and assumed knock off.

very keen to see what other af's you have hidden away in your stash, theres so many more out there than just the ones currently on the market. interesting times ahead!

We are not talking about 12/12 seeds we are talking AF so being around the whole canna scene has nothing to do with it.

Since you cannot post links to other seedbanks you are just going to have to google it yourself and look then why don't you contact JD and ask.

No worries.... because I would have done or said the same thing about a pack of seeds posted.

I also wouldn't say I am that experienced when it comes to ganja or growing but I have scoured many web forums domestic and international looking for grows and info what is going on in the Autoflower world.

I am not sure how you would classify them. From searching just now I see a post saying they are 25% AF.

So if you started a 100 seeds 25 should AF but its all luck at this point.

No where does it say he sent a pack or that they are knockoffs. All he says is that they are 2nd generation and came from him so unless you can find something saying otherwise or get JD to come in and post I believe they are the real deal.

What is Cannabina ? I googled it but all it says it is a plant. Is it a website if so either post a link or PM me the link.

Ya know I am not picking sides in the pissing match, but I sure would not mind if at some point one was able to get hold of some of those early genes used in the development process. 100% AF or not, one would be bound to get some fun phenos and some interesting plants to play with.
Thats part of why I love getting the mix packs, you get some weirdos, some oddballs and some real beauties to.

Welp some good news and some bad news.

Good news is that all 5 are up and looking great and now placed into 16oz beer cups.

Bad news is that my laptop crapped out and even though I still have my camera I don't have a cord to connect it to this old Dell desktop I had in the closet. I'll continue to take pictures of them and in the mean time try to find a cable and or repair my laptop.

When I turn it on all I get it one long beep and two short ones. I think the HD's are toast but have no idea.
