Cutting

I want to take some cuttings but not sure how much to cut off or what part of the plant. I dont want to cut my bud chutes. 1 week til 12/12.

Lower outer sites are best, they won't generally make much in the way of bud anyway. You only need some stem and a few leaves for a cutting. You can even get away with some stem and just one leaf that's been trimmed. Some people like bigger cuttings, some like smaller, it's all preference.

well i always top and lst mine a lot, so gettin a clone isnt hard for me.
but you can take em from near the bottom to have little effect on bud production.

tho if it were me id prolly take it from the top to it the plant will branch out more too, but thats just me.

Im just going to wait until they take root and then go straight into 12/12 with the other 2 plants. I want 4 clones in 2.5 liter containers. Not sure if this will do for 2 months? Heres my plants right now about 22in. tall and bushy. Fem skunk 1 from Dutch Passion.

Lots of lower branches there. I'd do like geopolitical said and clone them.

Ya, my plants have grown about 5 inches in the last week since that pic was taken. Over 2 feet now. Time to flower. I have anouther 3 feet to play with. Hope i get at least 5oz off these 2 plants. The skunk 1 is under rated IMHO.
