Stretch help!! With pics...

Hi all...

Can one of you help a noobie???? Please....:joint:

Set up: Budbox small (75cmx75cmx100cm), 2 x 125w CFL (Blue for veg), 16oz Pots, 1 x 6" clip on fan, 1 x 4" 100Rvk inline fan and carbon filter.
Soil: Canna Pro Plus. Just water so far....
Lights: 18-6 from start.

Seeds were soaked overnight and then put in soil, 2 were above ground after 2 days the other after 4.
The 2 plants above ground are now 4" and the 3rd is 2.5". In the pics they are 7days old total.

Can anyone tell me whats up with the plant on the left in the pic?
Its fallen over and is balancing on another plant pot....have I streched them too much?? :1help:
Have I put them close enough to the light, I originally had them around 24" away. When the final one broke the surface and had 2 leaves I moved them closer... about 8"... is this too high still?:1help:
My temps have been getting high, due to location. Into the 90F range at times... do you think it is heat stress?? :1help:
The 3rd seedling has a much stronger stem and is holding up well.... the other 2 stems look much weeker... I do plan on lst...will this be ok??:1help:

Can someone help me please....:wallbash::wallbash::wallbash: sorry for so many questions... worried for my girls!! (fem'd seeds)

Thanks from worried noobie. :joint::joint:

PS: Sorry about the poor pics... phone camera!!

Even strong plants stress at those temps.

higher the temps more stretch can happen i have some Puna Bomb {{puna butter x cherry tie}
from seed going now when the 1st 2 sprouted they reached for the light stretched like 4 inch over night and they stoped. my temps are no where near 90, one was over onto another os 2 largest where transplanted. now you can hold the seedlings up with a section of wire make a partial loop on 1 end of wire. bend the end over 90 degrees and you have a crutch for the plant stick long end of wire into soil looped end on 90 degree angle gose around plant to support it.

Maj.Pothead.... I've decided to help them with some support poles....

I think you are right.... I know the light was a bit too far away which is why the 3rd one out isn't like the first 2. :spank:

Today was first time I gave them some plant start with water, only 2ml per 2 litres of water so only 1/4 strength. I thought the leaves were looking thirsty and I also thought it may help with strengthening the stems. I know the Canna Pro plus has little to no nutes in so also thought it may help....:2cents:

Temps are a bit more stable now... between 71f and 85f...:woohoo:

All comments appreciated....

Good move hanging the lights closer. I grow with cfls and generally have them within an inch or two of the plants as the light from them diminishes so quickley/
After little more then a foot the light from a cfl drops to way below 10,000 lumens.
You can bury the stalk of the stretchy seedling down a bit when you transplant ,
well done on getting the temp down,
Good Luck.

They will prolly be ok. Just give them support for anouther week or so. Mine did the same thing. Now they are very bushy. Once the roots get strong the plant will take off. Just dont overwater.

Good info from everyone! Try an keep those temps down and the light close, it won't take long for them to take off. Keep in mind you can indeed bury the extra stem with the next transplant, jus like mater plants. lol Good luck! BC
