trying to post where it was suppose to be, couldnt decide, sorry for being redundant.... Anyway dont see how you need that info to answer my questions, so heres what i figured out, LA county is trying to close any co-op that doesnt have a ico pre 07. and wont allow any new to open for atleast a year and some odd months. There are some co-ops with the ico pre dating the 07 hardship act i believe, where an extra 600 clubs popd up, there are 180 or something like that of the og 200...So in order to own or purchase a co-op it must be one of the og 200 to not be threat'nd by the city to close you down.

If you know the deal, why are you asking? There is a group involved with a class action lawsuit against the city. The other dispensary owners are fighting tooth and nail to close everyone but themeselves. Best thing to do is wait to 2010 when the california cannabis tax iniative goes into vote....
