Anyway dont see how you need that info to answer my questions, so heres what i figured out, LA county is trying to close any co-op that doesnt have a ico pre 07. and wont allow any new to open for atleast a year and some odd months. There are some co-ops with the ico pre dating the 07 hardship act i believe, where an extra 600 clubs popd up, there are 180 or something like that of the og 200...So in order to own or purchase a co-op it must be one of the og 200 to not be threat'nd by the city to close you down.
