in the past i used maxi crop foliar feed style, its seemed ok, but i like your question in the guise of chem or organic ferts at which i cant answer, anybody????

Personally I would say no. Yes the plants get rained on naturally in flower, but adding water to the equation does infact increase your chance for mold. I am not very experienced with foilar feeding myself, but i avoid getting any water on plants when watering and what not.

to the people who say "no", why not early in the flowering stages? Like in the first month or so?

I mean, drenching them is silly, but a nice mist on the underside of the leaves doesnt sound too bad?
