what to feed a flowering outdoor plant

i got 3 plants outside i just put in the dirt them in the dirt in early summer,i didnt add nothing, their starting to bud now, whats the best thing to add? i got blood meal,bone meal, kelp, wormcasting but heard these takes about 2 weeks, hopefully something under 20 bucks because im on a tight bugget, there is some mg rose fert in my garage but i'd rather use something organic

Indonesian bat guano works great, I think 2 lbs is about $8. Should be enough for three plants. I have to order it, but its worth it.

mix it with a little of your kelp and worm castings, and buy some unsulphered molasses and add that too- yum, plants love it
then get your hands on an aquarium air pump and bubble up a batch of organic tea (;
brew at least overnight, wait for it to foam.
that way the microbes can begin to breakdown the stuff into usable nutrients before you even give it to your plants
(;
You can use bone meal, but critters like it, and it doesn't disolve in water so its more difficult to physically get it into the soil and takes longer to break down than guano.
hope that helps.

Great answer climbinghigh. Only thing I can add is that ANY nutrients that are made for flowering plants WILL work. I happen to use a similar recipe that Climbinghigh uses. Good luck.:joint:

Peter's 10-50-10 Super Blossom booster. It's not organic, but it's cheap, and it works well.
Much easier to mix/prepare, and critters aren't attracted to it.

i feed with this (jamacian bat guano)
jamaciangueno.jpg

i had some pea plants that werent flowering, and fed with some of this and within a week i had flowers everywhere.
works good for ganja also. =)
id stay away from bone meal (breaks down too slow and attracts scavangers) and would agree with climbinghigh about the molasses and earthworm castings.
you can get both of those at your local wal mart (ewc-dmf yellow bag).

brew em up with some bat guano and you've got some sick ass tea that will work very quickly.

I use composted chicken manure. Has all the macro and micro nutrients. I mix it with a native soil 4 weeks before planting and leave there to cook. 5 liters of manure to 200 liters of native soil. I only added water cristalls as a bonus. I'm sure you can find something similar in states. Costs 2 bucks/5 liters. Just search for "waste" products of big chicken farms. Here's how my plants look after couple of months.

Other than that, I pick up horse shit while I mtnbike.
