Botanicare Organicare Pure Earth Soil what is it? Coco, soil or soiless?

I'm having trouble dialing in the nute lockout problem I'm having on a couple plants. Organicare Pure Earth has coco and compost in it along with other organic nutrients.
The question is should I be treating this like a soil grow a coco grow or what? Ive got six strains to deal with as it is, knowing what nute regiment and ph I need to use would really help me out.

soil from what I understand is clay, silt ,sand and loam

what makes you think a lockout problem? twisting leaves? could just be a def

what PH you giving them?

It is soiless. You need to feed plants from the get go in this stuff. I killed a bunch of plants with it.
