LC's Soiless Mix #2:
6 parts Pro Mix BX or HP / Sunshine Mix (any flavor from #1 up)
2 parts perlite
2 parts earthworm castings
Powdered (NOT PELLETIZED) dolomite lime @ 2 tablespoons per gallon or 1 cup per cubic foot of the soiless mix.

Full Botanicare line. Following their feeding schedule for soil. - http://www.americanagritech.com/product/product_detail.asp?ID=1&pro_id_pk=90

Should i nute on the initial watering(germinated seed was just placed in soil), and there after or should i nute with every watering or every 2nd or 3rd?

there is no schedule, there are no rules to feeding

follow your instinct, don't doubt and you will know by looking at the leaf. let the leaf tell you what it wants.

also, less is more with food. I would feed first if you have no nutes in the soil..

Don't feed a freshly germinated seedling, they are Ok for a while without us.

I think you're missing some ingredients in your LC mix (Kelp, Blood, Bone?) If you have the right mix, you won't really need to feed until 12/12 or 30 days. I use LC and PBP and have found I can use quite a bit less of the nutes than I did with other mixes.
