What's new

Hey AutoFlower pro's!

Should I veg with HPS or should I veg with MH? The strain is Auto AK47 X Diesel.

I've been veg'ing these seedlings since August 7.

I have a few more questions that I will ask in this post. read on further down....

Denial N Error

Well considering there is no Veg in autoflowers I would say run HPS the entire time, or if you're running CFLs, 2700K's..I have run them with mixed CFL spectrums..

I

IceColdCrickets

mix the spectrum if you can, if not then USE an HPS bulb with Enhanced blue spectrum. Son T Plus, Son Agro Plus,,, ect... through out the entire grow.

OK, I have another question.

OK, I have another question.

Yep, the bulb has an enhanced spectrum. I would like to use a dual spectrum bulb one day. Those bulbs that have a MH and HPS envelopes in one bulb. Anyone tried those for auto's?

I want to make some seeds from my non-fem Auto AK 47 x Diesel. I also have a Feminized Auto Afgan Kush. Can I breed my Auto AK 47 X Diesel male with this feminized Auto Afgan Kush.

What are the steps to go about making viable non hemi'ing seeds?

i am confused

i am confused

well the afghan kush may be a bad choice as its not a true autoflower.....

World of Seeds Afghan Kush Ryder
Sex : Feminized
Type : Indica, Runderalis
Flowering : Autoflowering Genetics : Pure Landrace proceeding from Afghanistan re-crossed with Rudelaris
Flowering Time : Short, Medium Outdoor Harvest : n/a
Height : Short THC Level : 22%
Characteristics : very narcotic, almost devastating

This new cross between Afghan and Rudelaris gives a new autoflowering indica characteristic. The aspect shown is from the well known Afghan Kush with the autoflowering appreciated because of its rudelaris genotype. It is actually an Afghan Kush with a reduced size but with an independent photoperiod. A new special treat for lovers of this legendary variety.

The exceptional Dutch Seedbank, World of Seeds have yet again surpassed themselves with their new AutoFlowering Collection.

Afghan Kush Ryder is one of the first strains to be released from the collection.

How could it not be a bad choice?

The company's description is bogus. Don't even say Auto in the same phrase as that rip off. Seen plenty of people start them up and two months later they wonder why it hasn't started flowering yet. As said many times before stick with the reliable true auto strains.

correct me if I am wrong, Auto Afghan Kush Ryder finishes in around 9-10 weeks from seed.

So i am confused by your quote above.

click that link, it will take you to a list of strains that are true or non - autoflower. the list was made by people who have actually grown these strains so it is very reliable. 40quid is alot of money to waste on seeds that dont do what they say on the packet!
