I do agree that it's just a mater of time.. I also agree with "Even if Bad laws are passed we will continue to exercise our collective Cannabis will in the State of California." We will do as we do no mater what law is in place.

So it's best that the voters pass something that will work and save all of us a lot of tax dollars and a lot of suffering..

It's still the same now, we just have board of supes in many counties using "Moratoriums" to block dispensaries from opening so yeah no one has actually "raised a sword" and literally killed cannabis like Lee harvey ozwalds bullit killed John but as they say "the pen is mightier than the sword" and this is our current enemy.

I remember reading a long time ago that the Red Cross had a copyright on the "red cross" (go figure lol) because at the time many dispensaries were using the red cross in their advertising so i'd check on that copyright or trademark if i were you.
