ok , thanks first of all to JLP . i think i had 6 seeds to start with so i germed 3 . 100% germination achieved !

ok here's original ECSD

the plan (if all is well and i believe it to be ) is to make some SD X OG F2 and to pollinate ECSD with SD xOG pollen to make some back up seeds in case ECSD clone is ever lost .i think that the seeds resulting from this will be somewhat reliable ....i hope ..... this will take place in about 40 days .... stay tuned , many blessings , hidingtree

here are some sour d leaf similarities .... the slightly irregular leaf with 4 fingers which appears on the ecsd as what i consider a type of trade mark .the similarity exists on the SD x og thus far . if there are questions about this .... list them and i'll explain what i know

so i made a slight error and planted the 2 males together .... 1 turned out to be a female but showed pre flowers very late ......so after the male dropps a little pollen and we cut him out we'll see how she turns out and keep the clone of her ..... and the chunky coffee pheno too .

ok so here we go . things with the seed bearers seems to be going along fairly well . here's the photo opp.

ok , i've literally pollenated the dickens out of these ladies .... so there will be alot of seeds , the ones i was most concerned with were the ecsd ones , i'll keep the ecsd and a few of the sdog f2 .but the rest will be donated to the bay . the sour x og are really kush like , if that makes sense ... i mean like real cali kush .....not skunky at all ....mostly old skool kush like hk or mk .the sdog 2 is very big yielder , the #3 is average and ecsd ... is average to above average depending on conditions ...... hope all is and may all be well , many blessings , hidingtree

well ... don't ya know , as luck would have it our digi cam (hate it .liked our old one better wife upgraded so she thought .and sold our original to a friend who still uses it problem free ) bit the dust for the 3rd time in a row ...... so i don't know if i'll be able to finish this thread with photos ..... here's the stats ..... the tops had to be cut on 2 of the plants cuz of space limitations .... seeds should be done but buds not quite .... starting to get bleached by the light intensity . so we'll have two f2's of sd x og from JLP, 1 (SDx og)x ecsd , some others from this run that were intentionally pollenated are (sd x og ) x (afghanx nl) and ( sd x og ) x (ak48) these may prove interesting also . they'll be untested and mailed to the seed bay cats for freebies i guess . it'll be more seeds than i'll use ..... so .... there . many blessings , merry christmas and may all be well , ~hidingtree

Nice project hidingtree!
I have been watching this thread because I have just been doing something very similar.. thought Id share with you. I took JLPs SDOG f2 and hit it with Rezzys SD-IBL pollen. I recently finished the offspring and had some really interesting results... in fact the jury is not totally in yet as I am growing a few of the phenos for a second time. basically, the SDOG was dominant in the cross. Most all the offspring stayed really short and stocky with near zero stretch which is how all 3 of my original SDOGs f2s were. I did find a really different plant that is tall and lanky, more diesely but distinctly MANGO... really fruity diesely taste.. Ive grown allot of rezs SD and havent seen this pheno but I love it. Where the hell did that come from?? We call it Mango D. Here she is from the first run... hope its OK to post a couple pics in yer thread bro.

and here she is today going for a second run.

If you are interested in seeing pics of all the 5 phenos I got let me know and Ill post them here for you.

I also made SDOG f3s as I had a nice male from the f2s. In addition, I hit a Mazar I Sharif freebie, a sativa leaner with some SDOG f2 pollen which have yet to be tested... and lastly, I hit the SDOGf2 with some Bogglegum pollen. CharlesSprkleaf here at IC is growing out the SDOG X Bogglegum and last I heard they were looking good. I hope he shows some pics of the finish.

Looking forward to hearing about your reesults. Im sure they will be killer!

thanks smoke buddy ! post up those other pics .... what you've shown above looks very similar to one of the sdogs we have . so here's an up date .... no camera for pics so damn ..... but some of the early harvested tops have produced quite a few mature looking seeds ,so far we have good seeds and i pollinated these very heavily . the 2 sdog are very afghani skunk smelling and look super potent ...... may all be well for everone in 2010 !many blessings , hidingtree

hey all , all is well . i'm sorry i haven't se nt the seeds yet to the bay . i'll test them soon though . i know shame on me for not even growing any out yet . well , here are a couple bud pics of the one pheno of the 2 that were fems. great stuff ..... definitely you would write home about . not exactly diesel but just as good IMO.
