No BMXs waaay back when I was a kid. Had these cool stingrays though. Yep, banana seat and ape-hanger handlebars. Styling.

I ain't one to pee in your Post Toasties as the old guys said when I was a kid, have fun, get some exercise, but you look like a monkey fucking a football going down the road on that little thing.

yeaahh. check out bmxmuseum.com if you like the old school bikes, you can find out about your redline there. I've been into bmx since I was a kid, I've had GT race and freestyle bikes, a schwinn pro stock and this DK six pack that i customized, you guys might like it -

I'm 6'2" and I think the 20" bikes are kind of small for just riding around, but I love my 24" GT cruiser, you might want to look into those if you find the 20s too small.

Could someone let me know if these photos are clean of any identifying info? I'm not sure what needs to be done for that or if it's automatically done when you upload to the ICmag gallery. Thanks

Your right, I should look into the insurance.

I actually live where they filmed that that movie! The neighbor hood is all grown in now, but I go to that park ALL the time. It's still known as E.T. park.

Tell yer co workers to kiss your old ass balls.. Even though your not old.. i hate when people think they know it all.. example your co workers.. peace.

I still sport my old GT vertigo! Im in my mid twentys. My friends and I will ride together to the winerys and stuff, but when we go far like that I take my mountian bike.

I SAY RIDE IF YOU WANT, I havent cared what people thought about me for alooooooong time now. Unless they are close friends or close family.

I am 35, never was into BMX or skateboard, but still go wakeboarding, water skiing, kneeboarding... most weekends. Kinda nice my kids are now old enough to drive the boat so their old man gets a turn in the water. Any biking I do is mostly gravel roads and forest trails so mountain bike style it is.

So my vote... you are only as old as you think!

There's a guy in my area who rides a similar bike down the streets. when he stops for red lights he holds on to the actual street light pole, about two or three feet below the light. It wild. If he ever goes down..........! Its cool as hell!

Im 36 and still ride my skateboard. I no longer land kick flips, and have no desire to. I ride a longboard and dig cruising the flats, and bombing hills. Keeps me young....If you can still ride than who gives a shit what coworkers think.
