the musician strains

so i just asked myself if there is a thread about strains that go well with music? because in my opinion beeing sky high and listening to music is pretty much the best thing about cannabis - sitting around and let the music become visible, hearing details which ive never heard before! just close your eyes and let the music take you into another dimension :abduct:

but my problem is that not many strains can do it to me - some are to racy, some are to couchlocky - some are to psycho

i just had 3 strains that would do the trick for me:

-durban poison (dutch passion)
-g13xssh (special phenotype)
-(jack hererxshiva)xdurban

so what is needed:
- relaxing and warm bodyfeeling
- happy euphoric
- trippy

which other strains give the best base?

(if another post already exists which is about this topic post it and this thread can be closed)

Never had that with indica strains or hybrids.Mama Thai does the trick, but actually every good sativa strain will do in my opinion.

yeah thats what i dont want - heart racing - mind racing is okay maybe even wanted! ... the durban poison is a very calm high and thats what i like about her. the durban cross can be very racy if smoke to much! but i guess hybrids should be best cause of the mind stimulating effects of the sativa and the relaxing effects of the indica

TOOL......Hands down.....Check out third eye, eulogy from aenima, anything from 10,000 days like Rosetta stoned, Wings for mary.

Those guys are the most talented musicians Ive ever heard......Bar none.

Somking any strain, listening to these tunes will transport you to another world......

My .02 cents.

The first two desired traits on your list can be met with TFD's The Pure. Particularly the pheno with the spear-like buds (but even the pheno with the fatter buds would do it). See the grow linked below in my sig line for pics and more info on that strain.

Yes, it's supposedly THE Skunk #1, but there are many people starting to doubt that on other threads here. I personally don't know, but what I ended up with at harvest sure seems to be Skunk #1.

Lately I've been smoking Rez's Kill Bill while listening to music. The music can really carry me away. But I like Rez Apollo 11 for playing my guitars. Never forget where I was going, which can be a problem for me with most strains.

I had just the bud that fit all those descriptions. It was a cross of HeadBand and OG kush. Very trippy yet relaxed. I am not on ethat really likes too much trippy THC like trainwreck, but this was a perfect balance of sat/ind. Makes "Twinkle Brothers Live at Sunsplash" into an experience.

Some music you can play well with majority of the strains. If you're playing classical, any strain would make it too difficult. :joint:

If you do play a classical piece, try something very sativa. A sativa pheno of my hindu kush x masterkush helps with my Chopin and Beethoven. :woohoo:

I think most strains classified as 'daytime' indica would work well, they usually have less body and a more alert mind than heavy hitting indicas..

flo or malawi gold too, from what i've heard they are both stimulating, clear and relaxed.
