i know i know guys sorry about another one of these threads but i feel like my situation is difficult to find in a search :1help:
my ladies are at 9 wks flowering tomorrow, and seem to have hermied out a little bit as of lately, i think because of a light leak. the plants dont seem to be very sativa. i've only noticed seeds beginning to form in the last week or so. I thought they already would have been done, but recently they also seem to be shooting out pistils even faster than they have been thus far. i also did crank nighttime up to about 13.5 hrs recently as well though. ive looked at trichs with microscope but for me its difficult to tell the diff between cloudy and clear a lot of the time. im pretty sure ive seen a couple ambers, but i just feel like a lot of them look clear to me. do i let them keep going until cloudy trichs are more apparent as the seeds form or are the plentiful pistils just because of seeds growing and i should cut now? thanks in advance everyone!!!:joint:

well do you have a camera with macro?

you can always zoom in on your pc once its on yoru pc

That is what I do, takes a while to make seeds, I would not be too worried about it

You must wait till at least milky/cloudy or you can't be certain they are near full potency, a good way to tell clear from cloudy trichs is clear twinkle and shine like diamonds, milky/cloudy don't. I hope this helps you.

the one hermying the worst is next to my best one which doesnt seem nearly as bad...am i at risk of pollenating the other one? should i chop it if i value the quality of the other one a lot more? the one thats hermying seems to be the most mature as far as trichs with many cloudy and some amber trichs on many parts of the plant. thx again guys!

First off how bad is it hermie'ing? I have had problems late into flowering with this also. I just pluck that part off. As long as I dont see clusters of balls. You should be ok. How do you like your high. Relaxed or social? I have a sativa plant that has been going for 11 weeks thinking it was done at around 9 with 50% red hairs and it popped out a whole bunch of new growth spots. I did check the trichs through my scope and saw alot of cloudy with a few amber. Going to be a good smoke once i flush.
