this is what i do..i have setup around 10-15 of these..the same way each time just differant locations for differant peeps. nothing like setting buddies up to grow there own meds, and the payoff is they never have to look for overpriced crap weed on the streets that aint grown, flushed, dried, cured the right way ever again.

we start~

i screw the 2 metal shelf rails to the wall with drywall screws..
i then hang the metal shelf hangers and lay the laminated wood shelves across like so... fully adjustable and cheap at homedepot or lowes

now i mount my baked ziti reflector that i have been using for a good 15 yrs with great results..they are used in all my setups!

notice the light setup is fully adjustable..no need to move your plants..just move the light up as they grow.

the ozone gen and vent fan are on 1 timer and the light is on its own timer. the whole ballast setup is located on the other side of the wall for heat reasons..i got 1 cord going from the bulb threw the wall to the ballast and 1 cord coming back threw the wall and into the timer.

That's pretty sweet, MtnKuSh. I love the "Baked Ziti" reflector! I've got this gargantuan batwing I made out of some flashing and it's a pain. I'll have to cook some pasta I see.

you can get them for a few bucks and in tons of sizes and shapes.. i have another unit i setup with that same ziti reflector but its got 2-150hps in there..one at each end and it grows tons of dank :rasta: you can use them for 250w and even 400 watt units :yoinks:

pretty cool, could you explain your air flow system? are you venting through a hole in the wall of the closet and likewise taking in fresh air?

i have 1 fan blowing out threw a hole in the wall which vents into a crawl space being this setup is in a basement closet.. when the fan is on and i go to shut the door the door sux closed telling me that the vent is doing what it should and the closet is air tight, when the door is shut the closet sucks in fresh air threw the 1" gap under the door and watever it can take from around the door..the room that the closet is in has a basement window and once cracked the room and the grow closet has constant exchange of fresh air in and hot air and ozone out. room sits at 76-78'F nite time temps get real cool which helps during flowering.

I love it. so easy to setup. besides the exhaust vent.

The adjustable shelve bars are great and still useful if they decide to stop growing

I realized the next day that I had a 15" round one of those that I bought in a 2-pack when I needed to roast a ham 2 Easters ago.

Doh!

i setup another unit just like the one pictured on the first page but i used a 250w hps...the 250w hps was a self contained light/ballast etc..i ripped it apart and went with the 250 in my home made reflector and made the ballast remote. sad that the dude paid a shit load of $$ for a 250 that i could have built for $50. but now hes good to go and up and running..temp dropped 3-4'F with the new setup :rasta:
