I've never done R-DWC, so keep that in mind.

From the literature:
up to 0.75 LPM
X 10 = 7.5 LPM is the ideal recommended
Max. is 2.2 LPM
X10 = 22 LPM is the largest pump you'd use.
Keep the pump between 5 and 20 lpm and you oughta be fine.

Is there a Rez, besides the buckets and controller? If so, you could split the outlet from the pump -- use half in rez w/ different type diffuser and half for bucket diffusers you've chosen. Sonic makes good smaller size pumps. I'd call or email 4pts. after i made an initial layout and run it by them.

Should be a great setup ------ CB

yeah i did the same as you CB when i did the working out for those mbd's got the same answer as you. great minds think alike eh...

Yeah i will have a rez connected to my controller - Im building the same set up as blaze's R-DWC tutorial so what you have said makes sense and could work really well, well at least i hope. Speak to you soon CB!!!

So I did learn something new this morning...These sort of insights just put a smile on my face, not having to make a "green-horn" mistake. I will visit my local aquarium store, feeling some what enlighten with my air stone information. Thank you, oldbubbler.

Must be some magic number to PM ---- it wouldn't go thru.

But if you need something in the States, be glad to forward it to you.
