I remember that from the very first day it was talked about in the news I thought "damn, this shit is man-made, 100% sure", and that it was quite a good bet for pharm labs to make a huge buck. They sure did, as hundreds of millions of vaccine doses have been ordered from different labs by loads of countries, planning to inject more or less forcefully their population with this untested vaccine.
Well, nothing that new with that, as it's been quite a while since in many western countries different vaccinations are mandatory for new-borns. But reading this long mail I received, my my my, this seems to be of a totally different dimension. So hard to believe, but not surprising at all, when you know how our "leaders" (visible & hidden) 'minds are working.
Below is the email I've received. It's pretty long, with lotsa references and links, and there's probably some clean-up to do so as to isolate valuable information, but the main core of the subject is simply frightening.

Students and children 1st in Line For WHO H1N1 jab in the USA

WHO issued its instructions on the formal advice of a vaccine expert group called "SAGE" that is also composed of executives from Baxter, Sanofi, Novartis and other vaccine manufacturers who have "observer" status.

Executives from Baxter, Novartis, GSK and Sanofi Pasteur have seats at the advisory group that today recommended mandatory H1N1 jabs to WHO, according to a WHO document.
Such a recommendation becomes binding on all 194 signatory countries if accepted by WHO as formally happened today in the event of a pandemic emergency being declared by WHO under the International Health Regulations act of 2005 and the WHO pandemic plan of April 2009.

WHO media spokesperson Alphaluck Bhatiasevi confirmed that Dr Margaret Chan did not give the press briefing at WHO's headquarters in Geneva at 4 pm today as anticipated. At short notice, Dr Marie-Paule Kieny stepped in to announce that "vaccines will be needed in all countries."
Toxic vaccines "such as those that are formulated with oil-in-water adjuvants and live attenuated influenza vaccines [are] important," says WHO.
Health workers, pregnant women, healthy young adults of 15 to 49 years, healthy children are target groups, says WHO.
The Strategic Advisory Group of Experts (SAGE) on Immunization, established by the Director-General of the World Health Organization in 1999 to provide guidance on the work of the WHO Immunization Department, and pharmaceutical executives, who have the status of "observers", recommended to WHO's Dr Chan the following steps, which have been accepted by Dr Chan, so acquiríng a binding character for countries, according to a press statement on WHO's website.
"All countries should immunize their health-care workers as a first priority to protect the essential health infrastructure. As vaccines available initially will not be sufficient, a step-wise approach to vaccinate particular groups may be considered. SAGE suggested the following groups for consideration, noting that countries need to determine their order of priority based on country-specific conditions: pregnant women; those aged above 6 months with one of several chronic medical conditions; healthy young adults of 15 to 49 years of age; healthy children; healthy adults of 50 to 64 years of age; and healthy adults of 65 years of age and above.
In view of the anticipated limited vaccine availability at global level and the potential need to protect against "drifted" strains of virus, SAGE recommended that promoting production and use of vaccines such as those that are formulated with oil-in-water adjuvants and live attenuated influenza vaccines was important. WHO Director-General Dr Margaret Chan endorsed the above recommendations on 11 July 2009, recognizing that they were well adapted to the current pandemic situation. She also noted that the recommendations will need to be changed if and when new evidence become available.

Austrian Health Minister refuses to say how much Baxter will be paid for WHO flu jab
The Austrian Health Minister Alois Stöger has refused to reveal to parliament just how much Baxter is to be paid for 16 million doses of H1N1 jabs to be administered to the entire population under the orders of WHO this autumn. In parliamentary answers dated July 10th, 2009, he said the information was "secret."

To recap: it was Baxter's Austrian subsidiary which sent out 72 kilos of contaminated flu material to 16 labs nearly triggering a pandemic in Austria in February. It was WHO which supplied the live bird flu virus to Baxter in Austria. The Austrian Health Minister and other officials are in the spotlight for their role in a cover up of Baxter's deliberate manufacture and release of pandemic material.
In spite of the ongoing police investigation of Baxter in Austria, and in spite evidence that the swine flu is also an artificial virus - implicitly acknowledged by Stöger who says in his parliamentary answers that the term H1N1 and not "swine flu" is appropriate - Baxter gets the go ahead to produce 16 million vaccines for the artificial H1N1 jab and gets an undisclosed sum for this toxic injection full of heavy metals and adjuvants at the very least. Dr Margaret Chan of the World Health Organisation will be holding a press briefing at 4 pm today in Geneva, Switzerland, in which she is expected to announce that WHO is issuing a universal recommendation to all its 194 signatory countries to give the H1N1 jab to entire populations this fall, allegedly to counter a pandemic and "international public health threat".
Section 3.2.3 of WHO's Pandemic influenza preparedness and response plan published in April 2009 makes it clear that WHO has the power to issue "Temporary Recommendations" that are binding in legal character in the event of an influenza pandemic.

WHO, the CDC and the UN have helped develop in labs and also patented some of the most lethal viruses in the world today including the artificial "swine" flu virus, the "bird" flu virus and the "horse" flu virus.

Baxter involved in "military-style operation" to give entire UK population H1N1 jab

No one sh's been in contact with so far had any idea this was going on and hopefully there are still investigative journalists out there who will pick up on this, she writes.

Summary of claims and allegations filed with FBI in Austria on June 10, 2009

This bioterrorism is for the purpose of carrying out a mass genocide against the U.S. population by use of a genetically engineered flu pandemic virus with the intent of causing death. Govt secures strategic stock of swine flu vaccine
The Government has agreed in principle to offer frontline health staff and emergency personnel vaccination against Swine Flu, the new pandemic influenza A (H1N1) virus.
The Ministry of Health has ordered an initial supply of 300,000 doses of a vaccine from Baxter Healthcare, under one of its two existing agreements for pandemic influenza vaccine. This is sufficient for 150,000 workers.
Health Minister Tony Ryall said having the vaccine is primarily an insurance policy. "We want to be in the position of having the vaccine and not needing it, rather than the other way around."
"Global demand for vaccines is high, so we have secured sufficient vaccine for this priority group of New Zealanders. In addition to this purchase we have a long-standing option to access more vaccine if required under existing supply agreements with Australian vaccine maker CSL."
The vaccine is due for delivery within the month but it will not be used for an immunisation programme unless it is licensed by Medsafe.
"Before it can be used, the vaccine has to be assessed by Medsafe in New Zealand. Medsafe will review data from clinical trials to determine the vaccine's quality, safety and effectiveness. A licensing decision is expected by the end of this year. The pandemic could last up to 18 months to two years so this purchase is strategic."
Mr Ryall said that currently the new pandemic influenza virus was resulting in a mild illness for most people. "Vaccination is an important tool, but not the only tool in the country's armoury against this new virus."

The NZ Health Minister should be aware that while no international regulator of medicines might yet be giving credence to the concerns Penny Bright has raised concerning Baxter, the Austrian police are as you can see from the letter I attach.
This is an invitation by the Austrian anti terrorism unit to me to discuss Baxter's deliberate contamination of material with 72 kilos of live bird flu. I have blanked out sensitive data for obvious reasons.
This is, therefore, no a regulatory issue as the Health Minister implies but a criminal case. Aso, the the Health Minister in Austria is himself under suspicion in this criminal case as far as he was forced to implicate himself in a cover up when he answered parliamentary questions as he was obliged by law to do within the 8 week period permitted to him.
The Health Minister should be aware that charges are soon to be filed against his Austrian counterpart and other government officials for their role in facilitating the activites of an international corporate crime syndicate for which there is overwhelming proof.
The police will be asked to investigate whether there are any financial or other links between the Health Minister and Baxter in Austria that motivate him to wilfully, systematically and deliberately ignore the dangers Baxter poses to the health of the Austrian people and to facilitate their access to significant public funds and contracts.

1) Please provide the information which confirms to what degree, and upon what lawful basis regarding the 'duty of care' the Minister can assure New Zealand that the Baxter A/H1N1 influenza vaccine has been adequately tested before its release in NZ.
2) Please provide the information which confirms to what extent vaccines produced by Baxter International Inc. are currently being used in New Zealand for the 'swine flu', 'bird flu' or any other type of flu.
3)Given that Baxter was recently found to have contaminated its seasonal influenza (H3N2) vaccine with live H5N1 avian "bird flu" influenza virus, please provide the information which explains why the Ministry of Health decided to choose Baxter as the supplier of influenza vaccine for New Zealand for the A/H1N1 "swine flu" influenza outbreak.
4) If the Ministry of Health was unaware of Baxter's record of manufacturing seasonal influenza vaccine contaminated with live avian H5N1(or bird flu) influenza virus when the order with Baxter was placed, now that the Minister is aware fact that Baxter either has criminally negligent manufacturing practices, or intentionally produced contaminated seasonal influenza vaccine, please provide the information which confirms why the Ministry of Health is not planning to cancel the order for A/H1N1 vaccine from Baxter International.
5) Given Baxter's record of distributing of seasonal influenza vaccine contaminated with live avian influenza virus, in the event that the Minister still considers Baxter to be a suitable supplier of A/H1N1 vaccine to New Zealand, please provide the information which confirms what steps has he put in place for independent NZ-based testing of the vaccine prior to its use here to ensure that the vaccine supplied to NZers is not contaminated with live bird flu virus, or any other unlabelled contaminant that may cause adverse health effects to the recipient or people to whom the recipient could potentially infect.
6) Please provide the information which confirms how scientists with appropriate and relevant skills and experience will be selected to undertake this testing so that those who are not suitable (such as those who may have a conflict of interest in terms of prior relationships with Baxter or competing pharmaceutical companies, ownership of shares in these companies, a personal record of poor professional ethics such as failing to disclose previous conflicts of interest, support for global population reduction or eugenics etc) can be excluded to ensure that the testing of the vaccine can be done properly and without bias.

11) Please provide the information which confirms that the Minister will guarantee that any consent forms to be signed by potential recipients, parents or guardians will include information as to the processes used to manufacture the vaccine, all vaccine ingredients, all known and reasonably anticipated vaccine side effects and the duration of the vaccine's testing process and length of time that vaccine recipients have been followed up in safety studies, as well as the many different strategies available to prevent and/or treat the illness for individuals who decide against vaccination or if the vaccine fails to prevent the disease etc)
12) In the event that Baxter's inadequately tested A/H1N1 "swine flu" vaccine causes injuries or deaths to its recipients either in the short or long term, please provide the information which confirms the plans has the Minister has made to compensate affected individuals and their surviving family members.
13) In the event that the Minister decides to use Baxter's A/H1N1 vaccine without first conducting independent testing to ensure that it is free from live viruses (or other contaminants) and the use of Baxter's A/H1N1 vaccine causes an epidemic of a new strain of influenza or novel infectious disease, please provide the information which confirms what plans the Minister has made to compensate individuals (who could become acutely or chronically ill, be left disabled or die) either as a result of being injected with the vaccine or by contracting the infection from an individual who had been vaccinated with Baxter's A/H1N1 or a community contact who had contracted the infection from a vaccinee or someone else who had been in contact with a vaccinee.
14) Please provide the information which confirms the definition of the "first responders" to whom the 300,000 doses of Baxter's A/H1N1 vaccine have been purchased. Are they:
a) Health professionals?
b) Firefighters?
c) Electricity and Telecommunications workers?
d) Teachers?
e)Vulnerable groups in the community such as the elderly or young children?
15) Please provide the information which confirms that the Minister can assure the NZ public that at no time during the WHO H1N1 pandemic will the human rights of "first responders" (or any other group of people to whom Baxter's or any other manufacturer's H1N1 vaccine is offered) will be respected and that vaccination will at no time become compulsory.
16) Please provide the information which confirms that the Minister can guarantee that people who decide against accepting the H1N1 vaccine will not suffer discrimination in the workplace such as suspension, change of duties, dismissal and that unvaccinated children will be allowed to continue to attend their normal pre-school or school as usual.
17) Considering that people who suffer from asthma are at greater risk of complications from influenza in general and that appropriate diet and nutritional supplements can help improve resistance to infection, reduce mucous in the airways and reduce inflammation, please provide the information which confirms that why the Minister has not made education about diet and nutritional medicine a basic part of asthma management rather than relying almost wholly on drug therapies for this chronic condition.

CIRP Introduction
The judgment by the war crimes tribunal at Nuremberg laid down 10 standards to which physicians must conform when carrying out experiments on human subjects in a new code that is now accepted worldwide.
This judgment established a new standard of ethical medical behavior for the post World War II human rights era. Amongst other requirements, this document enunciates the requirement of voluntary informed consent of the human subject. The principle of voluntary informed consent protects the right of the individual to control his own body.
This code also recognizes that the risk must be weighed against the expected benefit, and that unnecessary pain and suffering must be avoided.
This code recognizes that doctors should avoid actions that injure human patients.
The principles established by this code for medical practice now have been extened into general codes of medical ethics.

Permissible Medical Experiments
The great weight of the evidence before us to effect that certain types of medical experiments on human beings, when kept within reasonably well-defined bounds, conform to the ethics of the medical profession generally. The protagonists of the practice of human experimentation justify their views on the basis that such experiments yield results for the good of society that are unprocurable by other methods or means of study. All agree, however, that certain basic principles must be observed in order to satisfy moral, ethical and legal concepts:
The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment.
The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the consent rests upon each individual who initiates, directs, or engages in the experiment. It is a personal duty and responsibility which may not be delegated to another with impunity.
The experiment should be such as to yield fruitful results for the good of society, unprocurable by other methods or means of study, and not random and unnecessary in nature.
The experiment should be so designed and based on the results of animal experimentation and a knowledge of the natural history of the disease or other problem under study that the anticipated results justify the performance of the experiment.
The experiment should be so conducted as to avoid all unnecessary physical and mental suffering and injury.
No experiment should be conducted where there is an a priori reason to believe that death or disabling injury will occur; except, perhaps, in those experiments where the experimental physicians also serve as subjects.
The degree of risk to be taken should never exceed that determined by the humanitarian importance of the problem to be solved by the experiment.
Proper preparations should be made and adequate facilities provided to protect the experimental subject against even remote possibilities of injury, disability or death.
The experiment should be conducted only by scientifically qualified persons. The highest degree of skill and care should be required through all stages of the experiment of those who conduct or engage in the experiment.
During the course of the experiment the human subject should be at liberty to bring the experiment to an end if he has reached the physical or mental state where continuation of the experiment seems to him to be impossible.
During the course of the experiment the scientist in charge must be prepared to terminate the experiment at any stage, if he has probable cause to believe, in the exercise of the good faith, superior skill and careful judgment required of him, that a continuation of the experiment is likely to result in injury, disability, or death to the experimental subject.
