This place has reports on alot of strains. Whats cool abou this link is that u can pick and choose the seedbank of your strain and see if there is a report or review on it.

But I Have grown out a "few" white widows More than a few actually ... and Black Widows and Mistys ... Ingemars, Shantis, GH, HGF, Nirvana ... Why would I step Back? Considering I'd grow WR or WR (strains I know to be stronger and with flavors I like) again but don't keep them I'm certainly not going to waste my time and space looking for a white widow that I've probably already found and discarded.if you grow a few white widows and find a strong pheno "indica"
it'l blow away any of the strains you stated. although the white rhino can be a couch locker iam growing it soon.

Interesting you should mention that, I have so far avoided anything Chinese, somehow I thought it would be boring, bland stuff. So thanks for that input, I'll be more open minded now :wink:
I'd have thought that for sheer equatorial sativa terror, stuff like that Congolese of yours I saw somewhere here would be the way to go.

I don't think you'll be dissapointed with the Chinese. The Black Congo is great all up high. Very trippy too, but the chinese was that overwhelming type of sativa high. Never had anything like it since. Great stuff.

I would have to say my buddy jesus down in Mazatlan hooked me up with the best mary I have ever had. It cost $100 a kilo. It was seeded and had no trichomes as far as I could tell but it wasn't brick. I was a little upset at first glance.
He handed me a handful in a small baggie I paid 100 pesos for, and we proceded to roll a fatty on the city bus at 5:30 in the morning as we decided to go running. It was actually a hilarious moment in the history of my friendship with him as I speak broken spanish and he speaks broken english. My broken spanish gets me by among the city, but mostly entails words related to surfing, sailing, soccer and smoking sweet sticky sativas. (Funny all of those words happen to start with the letter S). We grew up together from birth due to mutual family friends. Between the two of us we exchanged our many slang words for the art of smoking and papers and spliffs, joints, blimpies, etc., etc...
We finally exit the city bus at the base of large hill you can not see the top of due to fog, ask the busdriver for a match, light up and begin our journey up the mountain. Stopping about 150 ft. from the base we finish the joint. By the second exhale i was obliterated, completely out of my body. The taste was that of a very spicy sativa, which was harsh likely due to much less involved curing techniques. We each probably took ten hits though and I hardly remember running the three mile hike up the mountain to the lighthouse. The lighthouse was a truly magical spot. The effects of the weed were amazing. It made me enjoy running (very strange relative to this med shit in the NW), and threw me into a psychedelic experience.
We then ran down the mountain (very quickly, as if surfing the rock down the intensely jagged trails) as the sun began to rise to beat the heat. At the base we still had five miles back to the beach to sail the tourists out to the islands for the rest of the day and play beach soccer on breaks. Surfing when the swell came. Truly the life.
Throughout the week, my brother and I had completed a story board for the comic book we had been writing at the time. I did a doob with my ma and after the first rip she had to sit down and she said she felt as though she was spinning around and around.(That may have been the margaritas though.)
This was ten years ago. I miss Jesus and his family dearly.
Moral of the story:
Don't bank entirely on a seed bank. There are very good breeder's, but many landrace strains are more distinguishable in high/stone than the hybrid varieties that litter the market today.
Travel around, try different things.
You may find your most potent strain here on IC, but I am more willing to guess that it will find you when you are ready or not.

My Vietchunk (Vietnamese Sativa X Deep Chunk) is the closest I've found to that high since.
It all depends what you like. I prefer sativa's which promote my creativity as I am a writer and artist as well.
Some prefer indica's.
If you have specific medical issues it may be easier to help you find a strain.

the strongest i have ever smoked was kalimist and a unknown sativa from the late 90s.
and i think earlier it was said that south east Asians strains are the strongest. you could be right as kalimist has its haze like high comes from a south east Asian strain only Simon from serious seeds has the genetics. i think when breeding kalimist where Simon went on this strain was most likely is to slow down the high by adding the indaca to the haze like high .
that is why so many like this strain. now i do not know but i get burnt out on some strong sativas . my be from over active mind stimulating.
the unknown seeds is a mexican sativa it smelled like pure pine tree sap. very wispy bud and turned Hermie on me from light leek on the outside of the house. still grew it and
it was pure speed. my half sis has a Mexican husband .and after we smoked that stuff he went outside and dug a 8 ft deep x 14 ft long ditch with a pick . it was the funniest shit .we Evan got head rushes from huffing the fumes that cam off this plant. i still have thes and a cross of ak47x unkown? that i grew one plant that put my brother in sycosis .
he does not smoke but very littel or none , i have a shit load of seeds .

It is hilarious to me that some one can so matter a factly say that a strain is the most potent. I have smoked dozens of types of pot that I think were more potent than widow. White widow is good potent stuff though.
My personal strongest was a chemy/purple strain (think of grapeape and chemdog with the deepest solid purple coated in frost)- DECIMATING ONE HITTER- couldnt breath in or out for about 20 secs after xhale, felt like I was pulling 8g in a fighterjet.
Next strongest was a Diesel with pronounced red genes, one hitter also more sedative than the purp mentioned above.
You can find some treasure landrace phenos even in some brick seed and makes for a fun surprise.
everyones def different in what affects them most, but there seems to be a consensus on the elite purples, diesel/chem lines- those are like optimal crosses of the most potent landrace phenos - most potent afghan, mexi (sat/ind mix), panama, and SE asian- thai especially- have to agree with hashzepplin on that (and on the "WHITE WIDOW" (hype) lol)
really theres so much variation genetically who knows the strongest may be still hidden in the amazon or deep in the caucus untouched by man !

I Imagine the strongest would be a balance of all the landraces, bred out in to ibl's, then all crossed together into a super strain that was a perfect balance of all the strains put into it. I hope someone can do that one day.

Some Redbud Lumbo from the 70's that loved about every aspect of it at the time. And some almost Black Jamacain full of seeds around the same time, that was more head than the Lumbo tho. Now one of my favs is SFV OG, awesome taste with a decent buzz.Thanks MP it was a treat for sure brother..

I LOVE CREEPERS and KUSHES but other PEOPLE SWEAR BY DIESELS OR HAZES.
if you wanted an answer to this then you have to try every type of weed on the planet and find out what's strongest for you......
if you wanted a good thread it could be like : What plants have more than 18% THC content because i'm looking for a potent indica/potent sativa too
that way it can be answered correctly...otherwise this whole thread and question are silly. anyone else agree? who wants to compile a list of thc %'s to answer this somewhat accurately
