LA County Dept of health told me that i was exempt from the possesion and plant limits because the way my doctors note was worded. it just mentions "my patient is permitted possession of medical cannabis in quantities pursuant to California Health and Safety Code 11362.77, SB 420, and all local city and county guidelines.

The Dr.'s office actually wouldn't give me an exemption. WTF?

the DEA probably runs all the County ID offices.

no its because you cannot just amend laws without putting things to a vote i.e. SB 420

the plant counts were deemed unconstitutional to impose therefore you are allowed to have an "amount that is constituent with your needs".

on your rec or somewhere in your doctors information it SHOULD say how much you 'should' be using daily. mines 1-3 grams. Thats 13 oz per year on the 1g a day level, or close to 40 oz total per year if I were using 3g's a day. Obviously different than the 8 oz or 6 mature/12 immature guidelines.

sure if you feel can prove you need 500 plants and can convince 12 of your peers the same:joint:

if you're feelin ballsy you can go bigger, just dont expect to fall back on MMJ as an excuse in court.

if you are a patient in compliance, you'll be fine

if you are using the rec to slang dime bags to highschool buddies, you'll get fucked eventually.

The ruling ruling the plant count numbers unconstitutional is being appealed, so plants counts of sb420 are basically in effect. That is until the cali supreme count rules sb420 unconstitutional, or not.

As for how much to use daily, I think those numbers go way out the window if you were say cooking with it...

that's what the lady at the LA Dept Of Health told me. She said, oh the way its worded you are SB 420 Exempt. I quoted what my rec says it does not say i am exempt. It is also very vague as to the quantities allowed.
my doc wrote "quantities allowable pursuant to SB 420, Prop 215 and that C Health code that ends in .77 but not exempt. WTF?
