Probably Flash based. Far as I can tell, Flash's only purpose is to prevent communications.

voted and left a very bold statement on how he has not ment the peoples wants and desires. i then searched the whole directory for marijuana and found not 1 published article about it. there def moderating and not letting anything about marijuana through... still waiting to see my post.. such bullshit
