too tall at 7 1/2 weeks flower. Angle or supercrop?

ww that was topped a few times and vegged 6 weeks. I got it off to the side and it needs 3 more weeks.
Problem is i reall want to lower the light for the many others that just started flowering. Ive got the smallest in the center stacked but this one plant is just really tall but it looks like atleast a few ounces so i want to let it keep going.

Can i just tip the pot(lmao?) to a 45 degree angle and continue grow?
Is it to late to bend in 1/2 aka supercrop

you can pinch the tallest branch with your thumb and index finger and just bend it over. it will grow towards the light again but u can keep doing it. my dad had to do that to a whole 8k room once that stretched way more than we had expected. by the time that room was harvested the branches looked like a game of tetris lol. there were braches zig zagging back and forth all over the trellis nets.

It might be too late to do much short of gentle bending or pot tipping. Stems usually harden up after the stretch phase of flowering which makes them difficult to crush and prone to snapping. Supercropping is usually most effective early in flower when the stems are "juicy" and when the plant has the capacity to recover quickly.

well i had two. Last night i bent one(2 bends as it was topped) and angled one to 45 degree angle. Ill see after lights come on tonight. If it was too late ill just chop it early as it covered in resin

7.5 weeks into flower, why are your plants still stretching? my plants always stop stretching like 2-3 weeks after flowers show. you should check for light leaks and excess nitrogen in your growing media.

Yeah, mine stop stretching 3-4 weeks in, at the latest. But the answer is... fish weights. Pile em on. If that doesn't work, angling is excellent.

not stretching, im just going for shorter plants and last. I have 2 tall plants 3.5ft left and 8 in flower at about 12 inches. I have started to tie down all new ones in veg to try lst.
So these 2 were on the outside but i still had to keep the light high enough that i had to stack the other 8 2 ft off the ground. They are both still alive

I take overly tall plants and bend them about 90 degrees in two spots and tape the resulting Z shaped plant to a long stick in the pot. It works fine even well into flowering, even on heavily 'indica' type plants which often have more brittle stems. A plant bent in a Z is quite a bit shorter and wider than full height. I have pictures, but they're not in my computer, sorry.

z shape sounds like it would work well. I might try that next time. Im gonna chop the one i bent over later this week as im out of smoke almost.
But im gonna grow one almost sides as i tipped the pot over and its about 45 degrees. I turn it upright to water then back at an angle

I uploaded a pic. This is an Island Sweet Skunk from NGSC that was just much bigger than the other plants in the grow. Sorry 'bout the funky lighting, but you can make it out if you squint, hehe.

Bent into a Z, it's still about three feet high. It's finishing in a 1g pot.

yeah looks as if the "Z" drops the height quite a bit. Did you say 1gallon? Why so small? Ive been using 3 gallon and thought maybe i should go with 5?
