Pineapple C-99?

Hello to all,
This is my 2nd grow of C-99. After my full 5 pack i won on the bay died i grew 1 plant of C-99 from the GN collection. I used a aero system in a 5gal reservior. The plant bushed and has a lot of bud sites, it's about 3ft tall with a great pineapple smell. This is my first pineapple C-99.
What is the difference between the reg. and the pineapple strain. Just taste or is it more potent and a better high. I notice a bigger yeild and buds are really wet to the touch.

This to i would like to know. I hear of this pineapple pheno but have yet to smoke or grow her. I would like to see a few shots and a nice batch of dry shots if someone could help out. C-99 the one i have yet to see but want to know.

havent found a pineapple pheno yet but heres a pic of the rotten fruit pheno. only grown two seeds out so far. will be searching for the pineapple!

WHen I grew the original C-99(in 1999) I had a fruit punch mom that was better than the pineapple/grapefruit flavors I saw in the F2s I made so I don't really get why everyone has latched on to the pineapple pheno.

I had a male that was honest-to-goodness canned Dole Pineapple... I literally had to go buy some canned pineapple because I was thinking "no way could the smell be that spot on" but it was. Collected some pollen from him.

The three females I got were all tropical fruity candy with one leaning towards a sour grapefruit smell (a little greasy smell, if that makes sense..greasy grapefruit). The other was definitely leaning towards pineapple (as a standout smell) but background was tropical fruit candy. The third was very lemony, with a tropical fruit background. They're at ~42 days so should find out how these different phenos smoke soon.

The only difference with phenos is one leaves you with a small bit of body high, just a small percentage of indica stone influence. That was the pheno that had great branching and finishes @ 47 days. The other was more cerebral & less body but took at least 50+ days. Both are trippy and mostly in the head, but you can tell the difference if you have both phenos and are smoking them to actually look for a difference

I've got a pack of wally's c99 that I'll have to crack very soon. I'd love to get the pineapple or grapefruit pheno but I only got 11 seeds LOL..........we will just have to see

Sub. great photo so ignore haters who gots no clue. I love the C-99 but the Pinaapple pheno is not that much better than any of the fruity flavors I have encountered within the family either. I think pineapple is such a unique smell for ganja that people really gravitate to its flavor more than anything. Either way Sub, yours shot looks dank and thats the truth.

The leafs are long and lanky, and lean more toward the sativa side. This is from the GN collection on the boo. Hope this off shoot is my best. Has the best smell out of the others. Sweet pineapple

nice. I would love to see some pictures. I liked the ones I grew out. Sadly, at the time I didn't think it was gonna be a big deal getting more. I only have like 5 beans left. although It seems she's coming back around again.
