dry sift screens for makin hash???

Silk Screen 43T mesh I think you want, you can get them premade off fleabay in different sizes, craft shops do the silk alone too I believe.

You want stainless steel wire cloth.silk screen leaves fibers and the other never wears out.

I was going to buy one of the pollinator bubbler machines but they are no longer available on e v e r y o n e d o e s i t . c o m

id recommend getting a tumbler its a bit of work trying to get a decent return from the stack of screens , but they do work good for refining the dry sift .

I love dry sift, but I've never managed to get anything substantial off of a few screens. Unless you have a lot of free time/upper body conditioning, definitely consider a tumbler.

Screen first (kif) then water extract (bubble),, then mix the kif with the bubble and you'll get a better tasting end product.

Endecott sieves in Morden [iirc] are used in Labs worldwide, old school round Brass frames engineered to last a lifetime, they even sell //// CAUTION TOOL PORN //// vibrating bases for the stacking sieves.... not cheap, but then neither is the stuff you put in them....


My frst one was a .125 micron beauty blagged from a car boot sale for 2 quid... it was probably 30 years old, so I checked up on the details on the metal tag and lo and behold, they are still in business... I think it is at leat 40 quid a pop now, but a quality product you can leave for your greatgrandchildren....

Credit where credit is due,, that was The Bubbleman's tip!

Water extraction washes off the essential oils that we associate with resin.. whereas the Kif still hold these oils intact - crystallized about the glands. When re-worked with bubble the kif comes alive again

This is what we call 'lizard hash' ,, a mix up of scissor , kif and dried flowers,, looks nasty,, smokes lethal :wink:

Try experimenting with different extracts, grades, quantities of hash / kif / and scissor worked together - each gives a slightly different smoke

Right guys iv benn doing a lot of searching and have come up with some resluts

This site seem very promising for the screen, For the standard screen you have to look quite far down the page for the smaller micron sizes

This one looks by far the best, pre built sieves from a U.K company, Only trouble is the mesh size,µm is mircon size yeah? If any one can take a look and tell me which size i need, I thought 70micros, 110 micros and 140 micros, they have 65, 90 and 125. Would this work? they have other sizes on request so i could ask for others if they wont work, any advice apprichated

Go with the wire cloth build you a tray.Iv used one for years.I use it for a rolling tray.I just bought one at a local headshop that the top and the bottom collection plate is held on with rear earth magnents.It a nice one. I can press some nice hash with it.Have you checked the ones on seedbay.

should i go with 43t 150 micron, 48t 135 micron, 61t 92 micron or 77t 72 micron.

from what iv seen for sale, they go with 3 screens so will 135, 92 and 70 work?

Hey man, thanks for the input, I actually have one of gypsy's stash boxes for my gereral kiffige needs lol. i want a big screen for trimming my harvest on, then a couple more for making/refining dry sift with my trim
