Purple hairs

Do we possibly have a purple pheno? I took these shots just now, it's the only one of 4 big girls that shows this and man is it ever vibrant. It's bag seed gifted to a friend then on to another who I took these shots for. All we know is it was good smoke.

Too bad I don't know anyone near me who would want a cut of this I'd like the pheno to stay available for next year if it is. Late in the season to be taking cuts anyway but I would if it meant having it around.

I'd love to but with no one to take them it's to late in the season to finish them myself. I wonder if I can find someone who wants to start an indoor haha

We wanted to keep a male for seed but with no where in a safe distance to keep him without risking the whole batch we've had to chop all that showed so far. We were planning on only seeding a few branches. So if we wind up with some seed from someone else then we'll have some for next year (plus crossed with mystery genetics cause it won't be from our garden) if not I'll find some seed for the next crop.

or do you mean like a mini one plant green house? Cause the effort it would take to set one up and have it vent properly as to not choke out he plant but be able keep the pollen from being blown out of it into the yard would be far too much work when the only prize is seedy bud

Yep, shitty weather for sure in southern Ontario, nothing but rain for the rest of the week.

Last year we had a butt load of sun, barely any rain..........this year is shaping up too be pretty wet,,,,,,Damnit!!!

Unfortunately indoors is not an option for myself at the moment, due to some extenuating circumstances. But I'm trying to hint to my partner that maybe he should but I don't know if I'll get the fish to bite.

Yeah it's like opposites this year to last, hoping for a better second half of the summer.

I suppose I should have mentioned that magenta was indicating the colour of the pistol.

The plants that displayed this trait were no different in any other way than their counterpart.

Haha well I guess this interest shows I may have something here? Not alot of new progress on her yet, its raining at the moment so I cant go see her, but I'll see if there's anything new later. I'm in Ontario, Canada. Way south of Toronto, anybody else in this area? I'm hard pressed to give more detail then that a.t.m.

I think I may pick up some RR Plugs later and talk to my partner about taking a clone or two, even if it just hangs out outside for right now after it's rooted.

There's also a beautiful Sativa in the garden that I'd like to take a clone of, she's so pretty!

Wow way to far for a road trip, but that plant looks super cool and imagine it flowering to maturity under a 1000w grow light! Please keep those genetics alive and the photos coming!

You could air layer clone it, root it on the plant. not sure how that works out when its flowering tho, or if a flowering cutting would reveg? You could also look into tissue culture or chemically producing feminized seeds.

Yeah I've been watching it and the color in the leaves isn't very pronounced but the color in the pistils is vibrant, for the moment its only at the top 2 or 3 bud sites, but I just LST'd it so I hope this color trait may spread.

You know lysol I just read up on that air layer cloning today and I may do that, I could get it to re-veg under some CFL's I guess. I'm gonna pm you regarding the latter two tho.
