My opinion on the subject is this.

Emery did not break a law in Canada. The US did a poor job in allowing the seeds to be delivered. USA should have caught the seeds in the mail. Since USA did not catch the seeds going through, seems like it is US fault. \

I don't like Emery but he should not be punished for mailing seeds. No one should do time for pot.

USA should be ashamed! Canada too!

MJ is currently illegal. Is there a law against seeds? I have never seen that law, that is why I ask.

Yes. There is a law that makes selling or owning MJ seeds illegal. That is why some seed companies will not send to US.

It is like, is a bong illegal? What can be done with it is legal or illegal, depending on the user.

Around here we cannot call it a bong in store.

By us supporting MJ growing or smoking we are committing conspiracy.

Irregardless of what people think of the guy and his politics, its a raw deal all the way around.

Emery didn't force any seeds on US customers, they asked for them, and the fact that the US can reach into another country and prosecute one of its citizens for violate US law is total bullshit. The real crime is that Canada didn't tell the US to fuck off when they told them what they wanted to do.

These draconian drug laws have to change. I'm happy for Michelle and MJ Man.

Balls? It don't take balls to send seeds to the US via the mail. Especially from Canada were its easy as fuck. (Or was when he was doing it.) And, I'd say making up to 1000% profit from said seeds, gives courage as well.

Shit, I did five years for WAY less than ole Mark, so I don't feel to bad for the dude.

Philosophically I'm opposed to ANYONE doing time for a marijuana-related charge. I'm also philosophically opposed to the death penalty.

Then a story appears in the media about someone taking a child and raping them and then killing them and I have to pause and question my opposition to the death penalty.

Same deal with my belief about anyone having to do time for doing whatever with cannabis.

And then there's you. You ripped off thousands and thousands of people. Including me with your F-200 seeds or whatever they actually were. We took the risk of buying YOUR seeds and you bent us over the hood of the car without benefit of adding a can of Crisco to ease the pain.

You'll do 18 months and probably less. And they'll send you to a federal prison like FCI Sheridan in Oregon because they certainly can't send you to a place like FCI Florence in Colorado where they house some really BAD mother-f*ckers. Trust me. I spent 2 years in the US federal prison system on charges unrelated to cannabis. It ain't fun.

Here's a good piece of advice for you - get a job in the kitchen. That way you'll have access to the food BEFORE the kitchen crew gets a chance to make a mess of things. Make friends with the kitchen manager and keep your mouth shut and you'll probably get a chance to order 'real food' - that's up to you.

Based on your media interviews with you that I've watched I have another good piece of advice which is to get rid of your smirk. Seriously. Your 'bunkie' doesn't give a sh*t that you're the 'Prince of Pot' or whatever you and Arjan argue back and forth. Are you the 'King of Cannabis' or the 'Prince of Pot' - I lost interest way too many years ago.

Again - I don't believe that ANYONE should be incarcerated for cannabis but I have to be honest and tell you that I won't lose a moment of sleep over the mess that you got yourself into.

You remind me of a guy who walks by the house down the street which has a fence and a really mean Pit Bull. You take a stick and poke it into the dog's face day after day (your media interviews) and then one day as you're moving and grooving like a moon-aged child, the gate is open and the dog gets out and grabs onto your buttocks.

Another poster earlier said 'something' like 'karma is a joke' which I won't argue here and now, BUT it is a truth that there are truths in this universe/incarnation and when you sh*t over everyone 'life' takes over and you're forced to pay the price. The only seed merchant I know that sold 20 seeds as a Med package for $600.
The young crowd,young girls and look at me personality is what drew his heat and the ass clown antics he pulled off brought this on.
