20 syringes...not bad. how many jars are you planning to colonize? i usually get about 6-7 half pinters per syringe but i know of people who get 8 or 9...I usually give each jar a little extra. My buddy is growing out some PE in mono tubs right now...deff look cool but he only gets a few big fruits...I like having big clusters rather than just a few big guys, more fun to look at hah. Anyways good luck and can't wait to see how things come along!

BrotherBear, do you always start from multispore? Or do you ever start from a stock culture?? The reason I ask is because if you use other ways you will never have to buy a syringe again.. You could just keep cultures stored and only purchase a syringe if you are attempting a new strain..
