I want to grow a few "old school" strains and wanted to see what others might grow IF they were willing to wait the 3-5 months flower time for them.

I have my med card, 30 plant count and want to get some done under the sun and try and do one or two inside under a 600 hps I have.

Any suggestions or breeders let me know.

Looking for the creme of the crop sativas that will knock your socks off but might take alot longer than most.

A lot of people are going to say "haze" and I agree that it is probably a great choice. But because I have the haze in a cross I think I would try Kerala. It sounds so good! It would be fun to make X's with as well.

It sounds like you are all set for a journey...kinda make me jealous.

good luck

I'm just now vegging some Aussie Blues a 90% sativa (finger's crossed). I'd love to check out NH and SSH. Anyone have experience with AB?

Peace :joint:

i suggest you check out ACE Seeds, they have some amazing old school sativas hibrids and pure lines as well.
this year i've grown Old Timer's Haze, you can see the follow up in the link down here, it's a really classic old school sativa, outstanding. It took really long to start and finish flowering but the quality of high is unique, as well as the taste, different from all modern strains.
I also like to try their Panamá, Congo, Bangi Haze, Nepalese Jam, Guatemala landrace, or their Orient Express. That's my suggestion.
saludos!

Man, if flower time is no issue, I'd be checking out Sam's Thai Haze x Skunk#1, or his O. Haze x Skunk#1.

Of all the sativa's I've read about, Punto Rojo sticks out in my mind. I've had a lot of great mexican sativas/brickweed, and I got the impression this stuff is even better. Found this on another site:

"The Punto Rojo is an old school, classic highland Colombian, not to be confused with the more sedating lowland product sold by the trashbag in the 70's and 80's as Colombian red. The Punto Rojo was imported in small shipment frequently kept as a personal stash by the importers, and their friends and "tasters". Real Psychedelic highland equatorial herb."
