Has anyone ever seen a plant do this?

Personally I think the plant looks healthy. Mutations in plants, not just pot, are known to make some WEIRD shit happen. for instance, I have pepper plants in my back yard growing witch finger chilis. There is one that has a second baby mutant pepper growing perpindicular without even a connection to the stem. It's really weird what plants do sometimes, but they can be completely healthy when they do it!

I had some Romulan popped from fairly old seed that looked much like that. It flowered out OK but maybe a bit less yield than her sisters.
