LR#2 Watering Question

I have four very healthy LR2s that are around 6 inches off the ground and i have two that are hanging on and are about 3 inches with one set of leaves. I have not watered them since wedsnday. Everyday before wednsday i gave a full watering every day. I think i was overdoing it. Well i didnt have access to the plants for a few days and they werent watered Thursday Friday and Saturday (today). They will be watered tomorrow night around 9-10. The four good plants are under one HPS 150 in a 6 inch pot with foxfarm ocean forest and 20% perlite. Will these plants be okay going three full days without a watering? Am i worrying too much??

Im just afraid because i put these things in jiffy pots and after two days under 150 watt HPS they were very dried out and i think it was responsible for alot of my plant deaths. I only had four come out nice of 8 autos and 2 indicas. The four are autos. I just think that since its a bigger pot and I watered decently they will make it easily until sunday. I am a newb and this is week 3 so please tell me im worried

You could definitely be taking a risk there, especially in such small pots. I would get them watered every other day. And if they are still hanging on by tomorrow night which would be a long shot get them watered and transplant them into larger pots. Have they shown sex yet?

they are at day 15 and have not showed sex yet. They are around 6 inches when I saw them at day 11 and I had watered them day 8, 9, 10 and 11 and they wont be watered until day 16. You really think 4 days will kill them??

If u need to leave ur plants alone, get a big bottle and punch a really tiny hole in it to make it drip REAL slow.

what are the temps? that can play a huge role. 6'' plants IMO dont use alot of water, but you say you have 4 in 1, 6'' pot? IMO thats too crowded. they will stretch like crazy and im guessing the yeild wont be the greatest.
do what cyber echo said. also do a search on wick systems, that will buy you some time from what ive read.
take this grow as a learning experience and next time grow each one in a 6'' pot like your doing, i think you'll have much better results.

Bob J,
I have four very nice lowryders that are around 8 inches at day 15. They are each in a seperate 6" pot that was watered nicely on Wednsday last. Those four are under one 150w HPS. I also have four others, with two that are practically dead and two that are stunted but may have some yield. Those four also have their own seperate 6" pot with FF Ocean forest as well. All 8 plants have their own 6" pot. They are going to go four full days without water. I dont think heat is a concern it should NOT be over 80 probably lower than 75.

I dont think it matters too much I've seen 2 Wd, 2 AkxBB, and 2 BS which a friend was doing in his closet temps 79 in 5 gallon pots each. They were barbecued after 5 days with no water. To adequately take care of a garden you cannot leave it unattended for days on end. Not to mention by the time you get to see them they should already have some of the males showing(Day 17). Taking better care will lead to better results. Don't neglect cannabis or it will neglect you during harvest time. I don't mean to be a downer I hope when you go see them they look beautiful but you can't take days off and expect the best.

And BTW if they are 8 inches by day 15 I would believe some amount of stretching has occurred and you might need too move the light closer pictures would definitely help.
