Photo-shopped or not ?

Its probably a real pic but I dont know of one pro photographer that doesnt photoshop their stuff in post process to make it look better.

i would think the atmospheric pressure created by the plane would have busted those windows on the building....still thinking it looks photoshopped but it could go either way

That's true, but "cleaning" up a shot and straight up fabrication, obviously, are two seperate issues....
