I seem to slowing burn my grow when the N slowly builds up from beautiful veg then in week 5 or 6 of bloom they begin to take a toll in burning from to many nutes that builds in the plant

My question; how many under feed to avoid this problem that took me a few grows to see?

Early Vegging 300 to 400 PPM

Full Vegetation 450 to 700 PPM

Early Blooming 750 to 950 PPM

Full Mature Blooms 1000 to 1600 PPM

In the past I have always drastically underfed in soil ( non intentional, just always lost my fans by the 5th week ). Going hydro to try and get em dialed in closer

Many variables to qualify, but in general...

clone @ 300 to 450 w roots show
xf to veg @ 550-600
veg @ 650-800 dep on size
xf to flow @ 700
max flow @ 950-1050 dep on plant
flush @ 600 to 250 to 0 final days

my ppm varies by product for instance cns i run 950 but fox farm i stay under 700. I test it at recomended dose /2 then work to full strength and monitor as i go up, never more then label.

Wait...What?

Judging from your other pics and posts, I'd say you are underfeeding them. Underfeeding and overfeeding look very much alike when you're not far off the balance.

clones dont just tolerate, but thrive on full strength lucas from day 1 of veg IF you have enough LIGHT.

i feed clones GH about 600 to 700

AN gets lower ppm's

when i start off with new brand of nutes i always tend to under feed *sometimes*

Personally I find the nute companies say to over feed just a little so that you go through your nutes faster. Just a thought but i am the paranoid type. I think it makes sense as long as its no too high that it reaps poor rewards. That would counteract their efforts to sell more.

I agree, FoxFarm nutes says to mix the grow & bloom for veg but the only thing I can see that that would add is "water insoluble N", wonder what the different types of N do.

I think they say to mix it so you waste all your bloom before you get to flip the lights hehe

Because 1.0 EC is 1.0 EC regardless of how much volume there is. It is a ratio. Your demeanor leads me to believe you think anyone who asks questions you know the answer to is less intelligent than you. a foolish way to go thru life IMHO. He was curious what other people's techniques are and so I am, don't get why that seems to upset you so much.

I agree with this.^^ It may help to continue the veg ferts a week er so into flower, so the plant doesn't run short of N later in flower. I think yer gonna find that there is not a set way to feed everything though. Some strains, and even some phenos, like more or less than others do. I always go by what the plant is telling me, and feed accordingly. Good luck! BC
